Ok so i brought this game this morning, just finished it on Hard .
im Wondering if any1 has tips for crushing ???

SPOILER ALERT IF YOU NOT GOT TO CHAPTER 18!!!!

WTF are these Monsters about and take a real long time to kill, these have realy f**ked the game up, THE GAMES AMAZING

how on earth have those “things” ruined the game? Because they are difficult to beat? You cant take a little challenge?

Im not on crushing yet, but i can give some advice from the previous Uncharted's Crushing..

heres the biggest thing: PATIENCE. Do not jump out and try to go for kills. You will die, take cover, peak when you have a good shot, always aim for the head.

Crushing mode in Uncharted 2 is much easier than in Uncharted 1. But yeah, if you need a tip it's patience and take cover.

Yh Im finding it alot easier, not much harder than hard.
im dreading them Monsters they take like 10Mins to kill Each 1 on Hard

I find Uncharted 2's crushing mode easier than Uncharted 1 too, although I'm only on chapter 7 atm. I find it impossible to do hand-to-hand comabt on crushing though. I don't know why it doesn't work but I press triangle when they grab me but he doesn't dodge it. I can't work out what I'm doing wrong.

Ditto with that hand-to-hand combat thing. I have no idea what's up with that. Draza pissed me off in Crushing. Impossible to counter that fool. The only times I was allowed to counter was during slow-mo.

But anyway, those guardians aren't so bad. Staying on the move, hammering bullets into their face until they start rushing you, run-and-gunning, etc, until one dies. Once one dies, the other goes day much quicker since you can use the Crossbow. Two good hits and they're usually down. That's the only smart way to go about those fights.

Ha not the monsters , but those rushing assholes . Sometimes i throw grenades when its right behind them and it does shit . Then go right up to me and unload , and when i have the chance to jump over im shot . Fml

Gotta keep hitting square until the on screen prompt for counter pops up.

Shoot at the shield until they hold it up at an angle, then either shoot their feet or run up to them and do the Square, Square combo. And as far as grenades go, it's better to throw it a little bit in front of them. They usually walk over it and if they don't, it usually gets them anyway. I think shotguns work pretty well on them, too.
