puff… american football you wear full body pads… its ment to look violent and hard but the pads cusion every blow… but in rugby you get taken out and punched in the jaw… people have been know to get there ear bitten off… now which is the mans sport?

lol bs. im sorry but ive seen people get knocked out, kicked, punched, get broken bones, 1 guy died cause of the heat. but your rite rugby is prolly harder. (never played it…NEVER will). but anyways. who WANTS to get hit and beat up over a sport? (unless its like boxing, MMA, kickboxing, etc…)

p.s. i love playing football (U.S. kind) and watching it. ill watch basketball. SOME baseball.

1st. Did u actuly see the guy die?

2nd. He died from heat? If your trying to prove american football a mans game by saying that it, didnt help…

3rd. The people who play Rugby WANT to get hit and beat up over a sport… + u not ment to get beaten up Rugby just happens…

4th. my cousins play semi-pro Rugby and put it this way have you ever heard Thunder well some guys leg got snapped in two places and it really did sound like Thunder it was that loud even while spectating…

Id rather play a sport than watch it. Also, american football is not harder than either rugby or football.

Lots of people die from overheating. Its called “heat exhaustion” look it up.

As for the topic…

Some sports are fun to watch, and others are fun to play.

I love watching Hockey more than playing it.

I love playing Baseball more than watching it.

Rugby, Soccer and Football all bore me to death. I may watch the Superbowl but usually start watching at the halftime show. I've also watched a little soccer when TSN shows highlights of world/euro cup.

If by Harder you mean ROUGHER I agree.

More skill is required to play Football Though (more plays, things to memorize, strength needed, speed needed, ect…). Also there are more high quality athletes playing Footballl than Rugby.

ps. I talking about the throwing type of Football, To avoid confusion you should just call it soccer.

scratch wat i said. A LOT of people have died from heat exhaustion. (wearing pads=more heat) and no i didnt see him die.

we've had a lot of people around here die from the heat over the years. we had like 4 last year. our school is like a cursed school. we have so many seniors or graduates die each summer
