Was rotating between BFBC:2, Burnout and Batman AA, but because my ps + has run out it's now LBP, BFBC:2 and Batman AA. Loving Batman AA and trying to get the plat, but the challenge maps are a pain in the ! I find the predator challengers so much easier than the combat challenges. How do you get enough points to get all the medals in the combat challenges? LBP is great co-op with friends, and BFBC:2 is my favourite shooter of the moment!

BTW: I know the game is old, but if there is anyone who wants to boost some of the Killzone 2 ribbons some time, add me. Some of them are now impossible, seeing as how nobody plays anything besides bodycount or warzone. I would do it in warzone, but that would be extremely long.

To have any hope of getting the scores you need in the combat rooms you need to alternate moves constantly. The more moves you throw into a combo the better you'll do. Some of the rooms also require a pretty much continuous combo. One hit/reset and it's ruined.

And is it just the ribbons you're looking for in KZ2 or are you trying for the online trophies in general?

Just earned my 38th platinum, SOCOM 4 and my 3001st trophy. I also began FEAR 3 and it’s an excellent game. Total blast in co op, too. I was starlted a few times and I cursed at my dog for barking while the tension was building up lol, it scared the crap out of me.I’m so glad that I didn’t buy another shit game again. Not the scariest game out there, but a great game nonetheless.

Picked up DJ Hero 2 and the 'turntable' for £12.99 yesterday… And while I'm not gonna play it on my main account, for that money it's still a bargain?

I don't think there are any games I'll want to buy until ME3 comes out… So I'm gonna hopefully catch up with some of my older games this month…

Still need to complete ME2 on Insane but Garrus is a f****NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE***!ng idiot

With Dark Souls and Elder Scrolls V both coming out a month(Sept-Oct) apart i can see my other games getting seriously neglected for a good few month after…

I plan on getting all the online trophies eventually, but the ribbons are the only ones I think I'll have to boost for.

I though dark souls comes out in october and i know oblivion comes out 11-11-11, november 11th

Ahhh… That'll be (Oct-Nov) then, not (Sept-Oct) What a idiot I knew the 11-11-11 date, I really don't know why I wrote that Aaaanyway…

That's even better then, that's one more month before RPG's take over my life…

Playing some of CastleVania just now… Pretty good, disliking the fixed camera though…

@Doc-B are you not getting Arkham City or Uncharted 3? Finished F3AR’s first playthrough as Pointman, and I have barely any idea what happened. It’s ok because it was really fun. I’m 75% done with Fettel’s story and I’m loving the hyper, powerful, unique approach combined with Mark Hamill’s voice acting…Excellent. It’s a total blast playing as him and I’m pulling off at least 80k xp as him as opposed to 50k as Pointman. Epic!

I don't think I'll be buying any of those two games at launch…

I know for a fact that at least one of my friends will def. be getting U3 and another B:AC… So I'll buy or borrow them after my friends have had there fill.

Although I'm sure Uncharted 3 will be amazing, cinematic, well paced etc. etc., but I doubt it'll bring anything truly new or that i haven't seen before? The other two games were of such high standard, IMO, that it's hard to make big, noticeable changes for those that follow… The graphics will get a new coat of gloss and I'm sure there will be plenty of other tweaks, the new combat system looks sure to improve the gameplay, but I'm not sure what else there gonna have in there to 'blow me away'… I'm not a great fan of MP so that doesn't add to my interest as it may some, that's why it's not a day one purchase for me i'm afraid

Batman looks like it's gonna be very good, and a big improvement on the first, but nothing i can't wait for…

The only game i'm def. getting before DS & ESV:S, it's on pre-order, is Deus Ex (Augmented Edition)

I'm with Doc on the MP issue. With the exception of the original Motorstorm and Team Fortress 2 I've never been one for MP. As such I definitely won't be buying MW3 (although a rental or borrow is highly likely).

Of the games left for this year, the only definite ones for me will be U3, Batman: AC and Deus Ex: HR. My biggest influence on purchasing over rental is replayability and I believe these will have this in spades.

Assassins Creed is another possibility, will have to see.

Exactly, I forgot about everything too because it was the summer and the only good games that came out this summer where inFAMOUS 2 and Deus Ex. Everything’s gonna be in November. I want Operation Raccoon City, Uncharted 3, Saint’s Row, and Elder Scrolls the most.

There are ten definite buys for me on that list (I never rent games) and I think there's one or two others I'm looking at as well. Space Marine being one off the top of my head.
