Rented Modern Warfare 3 today and it's pretty fun. I think the story is hard to follow and its not because I'm dumb or anything but you're just jumping around way too much and nothing is ever life threatening. I like the feel of the controls on this but guns sound way too different than the previous Modern Warfare. Gameplay is fun. I'm playing the campaign on veteran and already on the 12th mission out of the 18. I tried survival spec ops and it's alright. I'll try multiplayer tomorrow probably since I'll have this around for a while.

Now on the last mission of Modern Warfare 3 and it's a good game but not the best and definitely not GOTY material. Probably won't try multiplayer but who knows, depends on how long it'll take me to beat last mission. Might buy this game either for the holidays or when it gets cheaper.

Alright so I beat Modern Warfare 3 about an hour ago and I must say (not a fan boy or anything) that Battlefield 3 is better. I only played campaign of both on hardest difficulty and couldn't play online for them. Battefield's actual storyline of being interogatted is terrible but if they took that out it would have been better, so taking the interrogation part out of the story I'd say it was more engaging than Modern Warfare 3. Modern Warfare 3's story was kind of boring and never really got my blood pumping unless going for a trophy (and the beginning for the mission 'Blood Brothers'). (I think) Battlefield 3 is worth the full $60 price tag because (even though I haven't played online) its way better online (especially when playing on PC), story more engaging, and (I heard and saw) the co-op missions looks better. I think that Modern Warfare 3 was just a patch for Modern Warfare 2 (which was a fantastic game). (I think) This is Sledgehammers first game they've developed (alongside infinity ward) and it's a nice try and entry to the series but not what was expected.

A friend of mine just let me borrow his copy of L.A. Noire but I haven't played it yet because I'm currently downloading Bulletstorm. I'm going to settle back tonight, play some L.A. Noire, and let the problems go away . Thank god I have no school all next week so I can get done with some games I got. Oh and I just remembered an awesome part from MW3 (which I don't like all too much was) SPOILERS when Sandman and the delta force are in the mine and they are still shooting their guns in a last stand type mode while Price and Yuri leave.

LA noire is ok. it gets old after about 10-15 hours. its a pretty easy plat tho, however i would suggest that you use a walkthrough and get 5 stars on all the missions the first time you play them if your trying to get the plat. I didnt and its the only thing keeping me from getting the plat right now. Due to unbearable boredom, i returned it to blockbuster with only 4 mission sleft to 5 star. I figure i can just rent it again later and plat it…

So I played probably an hour of L.A. Noire and I kind of like it so far. It's my type of thing and kind of makes me think unlike most of the games that come out now. And since I wanted to be a cop, this will help me out lol. No but I really want to be a cop. But anyways I got done with the download for Bulletstorm for PC and only installed it. Going to be a busy week for me playing all the games I got for my PC and trying to plat Uncharted 3 and beating L.A. Noire. The PC games I'm going to try to beat that I just got are:

Warcraft III (and the Frozen Throne expansion)

Far Cry 2

Battlefield: Bad Company 2

The Witcher

Portal

Bulletstorm

Call of Duty 4 (near the end, but I haven't been playing it much since my save data deleted a few weeks ago)

Dead Space 2 (I played this on PS3 and wanted to try the experience on PC)

That's about it for games trying to beat for PC. I think I'm getting Mass Effect 2 for the holidays and been dying to play the game even though I didn't have money to buy the title.

Already on Homicide for L.A. Noire and it's one of the years best. The story is actually really engaging, both the backstory of Cole and the actual cases. I played probably an hour of UC3 on crushing and on chapter 10. I'm either going to play Need for Speed World or COD4 on my PC right now.

Finished the campaign in BF3 and mopped up all but one of the SP trophies. I have to unlock two more weapons in co-op and then it's on to the MP until plat.

I only need the jet trophy for the campaign then its co-op and online, but since I rented it I'm going to end up buying it to have and rack up all the trophies.

But anyways I just rented SKYRIM again and I just beat COD4 for my first time. COD4's last mission was really cool and definitely memorable. I think I'm going to be playing either L.A. Noire or SKYRIM for the rest of the night.

Even though this has nothing to do with games I finally picked up A Storm of Swords (A Game of Thrones #3)! But anyways I've been playing a little L.A. Noire and seem to be really good on Homicide cases usually averaging 3-4 stars. Really good game and I hate how people are like “Oh well you can't kill anybody, just criminals.” Well that's not what the game was made for, you play as a GOOD cop not a criminal blasting your way through the streets to find the truth and get some $ on the way.

I've been playing a whole lot of skyrim. Actually too much, i need to take a little bit of a brake. So, I started playing uncharted1 again, gonna get the platinum finally. I also borrowed MW3 from my bro. It was exactly as I expected, the same as the last. He should have bought skyrim instead

Just got the platinum trophy for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Now all I have to play is L.A. Noire and hopefully platinum this game by monday of next week.

So I'm still playing L.A. Noire and honestly the game was really good at first but now it feels like a chore to play this game. Maybe it's me or something but this game is getting kind of boring for me and the interrogations are really easy now since you can tell if someone's lying or telling the truth. I'm on vice though and it has way more action than any of the cases before though.

Can't wait till friday though. I'm picking up a copy of RAGE but my mom says I can't play till the holidays roll in . For some reason though I've been dying to play RAGE but didn't feel that $60 was worth it so I'm picking it up for $30. Hopefully the K-mart still has copies left because all the other stores are going to be crowded like hell.

Also tried to play some DCUO and for some reason everytime I've tried to play that game is when a new update comes out or when maintenance is happening. Hopefully that can pull through now and I can have some time to invest in DCUO.

My Skyrim save started acting the cnut when it got to almost 9Mb Awesome game still, but i haven't even been to two of the holds or started most of the guilds, 70 hours… I played Fallout 3 for more than that without to much problem though… I hear things about a patch??

So I started Uncharted 3… Pretty good, think the second was better?? On chapter 8, Crushing… Mopping up the treasures and complete crushing for the Plat. by this weekend…

Might start Infamous 2 and finish the Mafia 2 DLC lameness…
