Not much done today as the footie took priority. But I did chip away at some Resonance. I've ten of fifty ranks in the arena done and I cleared up the Special battles dotted around the map. So far I've done every side mission as well so while it's slow going, I'm still on track to grab every trophy that's possible to get in the first playthrough.
I'm on chapter 7 of 15 and my characters are pushing Lvl 40. I need to get at least one to 100 and I think I'll try and do it in my first playthrough so I can just concentrate on blasting through the story in round 2.
Sorry man, not one I got anyway.

You can get your handgun/grenade up to 100 by killing one of the guys in 45-3 over and over again. You probably already passed the arena match that'd let you grind your MGs, but you can do that with 45-3, I assume.

On vacation, I earned the Resistance: Burning Skies and Lego Batman 2 Vita plats and RBS was the most unintentionally hilarious game I've ever played. The plat takes roughly 5-7 hours and I found it half off due to it's poor reception so I'd recommend checking it out if you don't mind putting down a little bit of money on a stupid game. The gameplay is not the issue, it's pretty decent. The twin stick portable FPS is succesful. The hilarity comes from the bad story and characters. I also loved how I had to tap the screen so my Vita didn't fall asleep during cutscenes
Right now I'm about 40% done with all Mortal Kombat Vita's time stats (24 hours per character) and I'm running out of movies to watch as I hold down the shoulder button so it doesn't fall asleep in tag practice! Any recommendations to buy the time? Lol
On the PS3, I'm almost done with my final playthrough of DR2:OTR. Then it'll be time to hit up Co-op and Sandbox mode!!
September 7, 2012 at 12:55 am #72275scotty243MemberFinishing up Deus Ex Doctorate/Side missions playthrough and should have it finished by tomorrow? After, I'll do another .5 of a playthrough to get the weapon upgrades and should have the plat by then. Definitely a lot of fun and doesn't feel like it's dragging
Keep saying I'll finish Dear Esther but haven't felt like booting it up because I'm just not in the “mood” to play it. Perhaps tomorrow I'll finish it aswell? But definitely within this weekend.
September 7, 2012 at 8:19 pm #72285emdeepeeMemberGot to chapter 9 on Warhammer and I'm bored shitless!! Taking a break from it and gonna try and finish up The Two Thrones so I can sell the disc on.
Managed to pick up Sleeping Dogs for a bargain £24 on tesco website so looking forward to jumping onto that soon
September 8, 2012 at 8:30 pm #72287scotty243MemberFinished up my 4th playthrough of Deus Ex: Human Revolution last night and just need another .5 of a playthrough for the gun upgrades and I'll have the plat . Definitely having a shitload of fun playing the game too . Saying that, I might not have the plat till next weekend as I have a debate at school on Monday and I'm one of the 2 speakers so I'll have to work my fcuking ass off studying and what not…
Played a bit of the Dust 514 Beta (finally got a beta code on time!!) and I'm liking the gameplay a bit and appreciating what the Devs. are going for. It's not perfect and still a work in progress but I think with some more time in development, it'll be a pretty fun (and good!) game. Might play a bit more tonight and tomorrow when I'm not studying…
What should I do after Deus Ex: plat Infamous or Metal Gear Solid 4?

Infamous is a piece of piss so I'd get that out of the way because it shouldn't really take you to long… I'm not sure how good you are at MGS4 but it might take a while, although it's def. the better Plat. to have!?

Finished up Lego Batman 2 (Big thanks to my mate for getting 30+ gold bricks on sat. while I fell asleep 'intoxicated' for a couple of hours) – SP was ok I guess, got much better in freeplay/roam but still pretty meh IMO…
Also finally finished up the collectibles/weapons/50 stars on DS: Extraction today so now it's a quick run through on 'Impossible' for the Plat. then on to the 'mini-games' games and then eventually DS2… Better late than never, eh?
Still got a sh!tload to do for Dragons Dogma… Might get back on that…
Going to try and get as much of everything else done before Borderlands 2 drops because after that I'll be 100% playing Borderlands 2, to death…
September 11, 2012 at 2:03 am #72303I773D33MABL3MemberI spent quite a bit of the weekend on Resonance of Fate and managed to make decent progress, another few ranks in the arena and some solid leveling up.
I've also put a good bit of time into Deus Ex. I think I'm nearly finished the first section (Detroit) and so far I've grabbed every e-book, killed no-one and haven't set off any alarms. Although I could have set myself up for a tough boss battle. In my haste to get the 'Pacifist' trophy I forgot that I'll still have to kill a couple of people as part of the story. I now have one area to try and grab a gun and as much ammo as possible and hope it's enough!
September 11, 2012 at 1:14 pm #72304emdeepeeMemberThought I'd give Machinarium a try as all the trophies are story related, however, I'm currently stuck on a ridiculously difficult triangle puzzle. The pattern is randomly generated so can't even turn to YouTube for help

I've started into this myself. I have it for the PC so I was prett confident of the first few puzzles but I never played that far into the game. I've just entered the arcade so I don't think I'm at your triangle problem yet.

Sounds like you may be passed me! It's the one where you have to get the three greens pegs to form a triangle.
September 13, 2012 at 1:45 pm #72312I773D33MABL3MemberI can't remember it. What are you trying to unlock?

I've escaped from one of the cells and set free two other captives. In the far room there's some sort of cabinet where the puzzle involves red and green pegs. You have to rotate the pegs and make the green ones line up with the triangle. Apparently there's a gun inside the cabinet.
September 14, 2012 at 3:05 am #72314HardAndSloppyMemberJust got the Ratchet & Clank HD Collection for $20. I havent really played 1-3, so I should be in for a treat.
