also debating whether to get the map pack for black ops to make me go on it more… anyone got em/played em?
I got em off my cousin's account for free. I wouldn't recommend buying them, as there a bit expensive for five maps. But their well worth having. Ascension is the best zombie map so far and is gonna keep me busy for some time.

Not up to much to be honest. The story mode is boring as hell. The Arcade mode is Time Crisis as you remember it, but I never got round to playing the Deadstorm Pirates cause I just lost interest.
I tried using the Move, but I don't know if there's something wrong with mine cause the crosshair just kept randomly going off on one, so switched to the motion controller which just made the experience more painful!!!
All in all pretty awful and I can't say I'd even recommend it for a rental.
This is the kind of game where I wish I could just delete my trophies and pretend like I never actually had the misfortune of trying it!!

March 13, 2011 at 9:09 pm #69263I773D33MABL3MemberFinished Killzone 3 on elite in co-op yesterday and got no poxing trophy for it! Apparently it's the only campaign related trophy that has to be done in single player. I can't understand why they would do that! It's like they don't really want you to play co-op!!
March 13, 2011 at 11:02 pm #69266gr8jrfanMemberSo I’ve been playing FO3 GOTY recently thanks to my neighbour. Just completed The Pitt today and I finished Operation Anchorage yesterday. OA was so laggy and glitchy. It got pretty ridiculous at times. The lag was so monstously long at one point I had to wait 5 mins for the friggin pause menu! Then it just exited to the XMB during the fuel depot and froze at the last point. Aside from the issues, I did enjoy it. The Sgt made me laugh at how cheesy his character was. “Stars and stripes, you commie sons of bitches!!” LOL. The pitt was very good. I wanted more story, had a good twist, and no technical issues. So which should I tackle next Mothership Zeta or Point Lookout? I’ve heard that they’re both pretty glitchy and both have enemies that are “bullet sponges”. Which one has the worst enemies?
March 13, 2011 at 11:27 pm #69267RichorzMemberi don't think i ever did point lookout but i remember the concept of mothership zeta being both fun and hilarious
March 14, 2011 at 1:30 am #69268I773D33MABL3MemberI'd do the Mothership first. Simply because it's the weaker and it's nice to finish with a bang. Point Lookout was my favourite while Zeta got pretty boring. It has it's moments but the environment just loses it's interest after a while and you do feel like you're just wandering around the same spaces.

March 14, 2011 at 7:55 pm #69271Fabijan321MemberBetter take Point Lookout first. And dont forget to take Tesla cannon.
Harder enemies are here in Point Lookout.
And you heard that Mothership Zeta and Point Lookout are glitchy? Whole Fallout 3 is glitchy!
March 15, 2011 at 7:41 pm #69279NinjacatMemberLBP2, of course.
And Killzone 3! It's just a brilliant game.
Perhaps I'll be playing Homefront soon. Or Mortal Kombat. Or Motorstorm…I don't know!
March 17, 2011 at 2:28 am #69294I773D33MABL3MemberI seem to be bouncing through games at the moment. I can't stick to anything.
I'm a bit off with KZ3 right now after not getting my trophy for beating it on elite (co-op doesn't count apparently) and Two Worlds 2 hasn't been the huge improvement on the first I was hoping for so I'm not giving it too much time. And I'm still picking away at some PSN titles, Shatter being the most recent.
One solid thing I did do today was go back and play through the Enslaved DLC 'Pigsie's Perfect 10'. Decent length, fun story and it plays very differently to the main game so it doesn't just feel like a re-hash. Hammered home the need for Enslaved 2 (We should be so lucky).
One thing I ave been dedicating a lot of time to is Dawn of War II on the PC. I'm an RTS nut and a big fan of the 40K universe as well. The game is awesome and it's always nice to take a break from trophies.
