Also have Metal Gear Solid 3 one playthrough method guide lined up for use but at the moment I can't be assed since it's such a boring game and it's collectible heaven
Oh my Lord.
Your opinions are the worst.
Sorry.April 23, 2013 at 8:07 pm #73200KriggsMemberDon't worry Freddie You'll get used to the pesimist in our little group, he does have some redeeming qualities though like an amazing singing voice. I hope some day you get to hear it.
On a gaming note I've been playing a few games recently, Rock band 2, 3 and lego rockband, LittleBigPlanet 2 which I've almost finished the story mode trophies in and I'm about to start playing through Hitman Absolution.
April 24, 2013 at 5:06 am #73205gr8jrfanMember@emdeepee That’s weird, I don’t remember any glitches in Lego Batman 2, but whenever I did local co-op, the camera would always go beserk.
After getting through Devil’s Cartel, I started 3 bomb ass games: DmC, Tomb Raider, and Injustice. They’re all extremely fun and it looks like I’m going to be spending at least 50 hours in each. Doesn’t sound like a punishment to me.
I didn’t expect DmC to be as good as it actually is. There’s plenty of different weapons and items to keep it varied throughout and it’s shining spark is definitely it’s level design and boss design. Every 3 chapters look so radically different from each other, it contributed to the game not getting stale quickly like DS3. The story isn’t that bad either. I actually did care for the characters at the end.
I haven’t played too much of Tomb Raider yet but it’s pretty decent. The collectibles aren’t tedious since you can find maps and use “Survival Instincts” (basically Eagle Vision) to help the search. There’s a fair amount, too, probably just the amount right before it becomes tedious. The graphics are beautiful, the shooting and platforming is smooth, and the horrible deaths make you desperately avoid them at all costs. I definitely recommend the singleplayer.
Injustice is FCUKING AWESOME. Why has no one on my friends list bought this game?! It’s so freaking kickass! BUY IT! BUY IT! BUY IT!

Had a problem with characters twice getting stuck in the scenery and both times it was right at the end of a level and then in the penultimate level where you are dropping off the building I couldn't hit Joker in the third section, spent a good twenty minutes trying to hit him to no avail. Played through the following day and it turned out one of the four goons had gotten stuck (out of sight), so once I'd broken him up it was no problem. Oh yeah that camera is woeful with the flying characters at times!
Seems like I'm the only person on the planet not to like DMC, I bet even Grumpy243 will like it when he gets round to trying it

Can't praise a game for mediocrity
@ Em
Don't worry, doubt I'll even get the chance to play it!!
@gr8
'Cause people still need to recover from Infinite's badassery

After a month long hiatus from Syndicate, I've finally managed to pop the bastard back in and have been enjoying my time with it thus far. I managed to rack up the CEO ratings on Hard difficulty in a matter of hours with no real challenge Collectibles annoy me however I'll get to them eventually. Not much is needed for the single player portion but may jump back into it since some of the grind-y trophies require 500 penetration kills
Pondering whether or not to load back up Dishonored or get rid of it entirely since I actually enjoyed the last few chapters, more than I thought I would To be quite honest, it reminded me alot of Mafia II whereas the plot wasn't really that gripping but towards the end when certain plot twists do occur, the game does flip around for the better Anywho, if I do hop back into it in the next few days, I may try the all-out stealth run of the game
May pick up Infinite this upcoming Friday however I'm questioning if there will be a good sale on it soon since it's $10 off at the moment? I wouldn't mind paying full price either, but a good deal never hurts

Don't rule it out yet my friend. When he get's into those Coalition tracks words can't describe what happens

Well shit. Apparently the Season Pass is a rip-off, since this DLC's been out ever since 2009!
Currently muddling through Max Payne 3 for the 20 billionth time for Challenge Mode. Level 47/50! The 100% is in sight!

What are you even talking about? There's another post around here where you posted another link that got shortened and I have no idea what you're talking about.
April 28, 2013 at 10:35 pm #73236Frederick_PlaystationMemberHe's probably trying to show some guy's profile who got a DLC trophy for Max Payne 3 from 2009. There's alot of cases like that.
example: http://psnprofiles.com/trophy/…..038;hellip;..038;hellip;..48-Air-Ace
EDIT: looks like the forum just cuts the link.
So here:
Guy got the trophy in 2009 for a DLC released in 2012.
April 28, 2013 at 10:37 pm #73237Seibei4211MemberOh, ok. Still can't click the link and whatnot, but at least I know the context now. That's weird.
Edit: Oh holy heck, that's weird. I'd like to hear the explanation for that one.
April 28, 2013 at 10:43 pm #73238Frederick_PlaystationMemberIt's probably hacked.
Or Max Payne 3 was playable in 2009 and Rockstar had the DLC finished already.
It's not just with Max Payne though. Games like Skyrim have it too. It's probably just a case of Xploder use or something. I don't know..
April 28, 2013 at 11:49 pm #73240scotty243MemberBeen having some good gaming for the last few days, I'd say.
Managed to clean up most of Dishonored's trophies which includes the no kills/no alarms playthrough, just need kills with all of the weapons as well as the 15 equipment upgrades. I must say though, my opinion of the game changed surely during the all stealth playthrough; it was an absolute blast to play through The fact that I was practically a ghost the entire time felt incredibly bad ass and tense at some moments. Then, when I went back to High Chaos-type trophies, my opinion went back to mediocrity Been pondering if The Knife of Dunwall DLC is worth it though? Hm… Should have the plat done sometime this week though
Syndicate Co-op is back for me, and almost over too! Just need a few challenges left which basically ties into the main challenge I need done, 5,000 kills overall which I'm 900 away from. I should have this portion of the game done by this upcoming Friday though as the co-op missions are very short and grant 100 kills per map, at the very least, and co-op could be played solo, so that's good in my book. As for the single player, I may do a clean up of the collectibiles sometime this week, maybe Wednesday?
Renewed my Plus sub to keep me busy for the next few months and whatnot. I've already installed Darksiders, Vanquish, Joe Danger 2: The Movie, Malicious, The Cave, Closure, and a few more. I'm pretty eager to start Malicious, Closure, and Darksiders more than the rest of the pack, for some reason, especially Malicious. I'm going to get done with some more titles before starting these though since some are long overdue
Stoked to see Lara Croft get done sometime with Em this week and LittleBigPlanet 2 with Kriggs in the upcoming weeks (since it'll take much longer, I assume?)
April 29, 2013 at 7:19 am #73246Frederick_PlaystationMemberMorrowind baby.
I love nostalgia.

I can help out with LBP2 if your desperate. I'd have to re-install it though.
Have moved into the final week of my lovefilm subscription and the lovely folk there have sent me Denzel's GOTY 2012: RE: ORC. Stellar!
