haha yeah it's annoying but I've completed the story now and only managed to get 6 trophies. I have CSI on the way soon I'm just plowing through all the the games I missed out on with my lovefilm trial atm

Just got my Killzone 3 Plat and I'm about to launch into Homefront. The reviews have slated it and the score on the box 9/10 is from ZOO magasine, which isn't exactly a gaming authority. Still, I'll give it a shot.

CSI is still sat on my lovefilm list. If I get anything less than plat on that it'll be embarassing since thats how I make my living!!!

@ 1773: personally I thought Homefront was pretty awful, but thats not to say you won't enjoy it.

I haven't been too disappointed in Homefront. Although that could be because it got slated so much I was expecting an utter disgrace of a game. I've only played the SP and it wasn't anything to shout about, or even remember… But lately I've been let down by the SP in a lot of shooters so that's nothing new.

Some of the trophies look retarded though. The multiplayer is probably dying off already yet some of the trophies have GRIND written all over them. And the 16 people in a party trophy is just complete bollocks.

@ 1773 – i think if you go into something with low expectations then you'll probably end up enjoying it more. I really wanted to like Homefront and was expecting a kick ass experience. Graphically it wasn't up to much and I just found the environments quite bland.

For me replayability in games comes from actually wanting to play again (like Uncharted or Dead Space etc), not to grind out trophies, and as you're aware the trophies here are pretty uninspired.

As for the mp. I spent half hour logged into the server. Quite a few people came and went during this time, but none stayed around long enough to get a game going!!! Consequently, I never got to experience one match, so I've now sent it back.

@monkeymoobs – What do you mean? There are save points scattered all over…

I think the 'Play the MP six months after first playing' (Determination?) trophy from Crysis2 pretty funny TBH…

Started playing Bayonetta from scratch again… I forgot you have to play normal to unlock hard, and deleted my saves ages ago It's a good game though, underrated slightly?? A ton of stuff to buy, find, kill and complete… Looking forward to the Alfheim portals again It's better than the last DMC game anyway

And 'that' God damn song over and over

I know what you mean about the bland graphics and environments, the game has the look of a last-gen shooter given a cheap HD make-over.

But I can't be entirely negative about it either, the game avoided two of my biggest problems with recent shooters; the guns feel solid and weighty and sound like I'm firing a weapon; the scripting was kept to a minimum. I got to play through several set-pieces and take part in a decent story without being walked througth the game at the exact pace set by the developer.

I've yet to try the multiplayer but if it's even half as bad as it sounds then I'll be ignoring it. Too many excellent games sitting on my shelf and on my pre-order list to be wasting time with also-rans.

Gonaa try and plat you don't know jack and the god of war collection. Never got around to plating those, but i only need a few trophies. And Duke seems so close but so far, June 14th now

I've done the first 2 cases of CSI Fatal Conspiracy and it looks like it's gonna be a very easy platinum without even trying but the game is actually pretty fun and has all the characters and voice actors from the TV show

1 trophy away from platinum just need to complete a case with 100% skill I might go for it will be my first platinum in 9 months

Just got platinum was really easy but it wasn't a bad game in the slightest

on to The Sims 3 now
