Which MAG Faction Should I Pick?

Hey, I was just wondering which faction I should pick in MAG when I get the game.

Whatever you feel will suit your style of play. For me, its Raven, but it could easily be different for you.

Difficulty wise,

S.V.E.R = Easy

Valor = Normal

Raven = Hard/Veteran

I've only played to level 10 on S.V.E.R and currently level 27 on Raven but have found a decent amount of teamwork on Raven, just they've got some very hard maps (especially when attacking S.V.E.R on acquisition). From what I've heard S.V.E.R attracts the COD fans, Valor attracts FPS fans and Raven attracts those who like a challenge.

No worries though. When all those who don't like hard mode go to other factions Raven will reign supreme!

You'll have to eventually play as them all to get the Plat. wont you?

You could play it with the faction you find hardest first for a challenge, then the other two later, meaning you'll enjoy the longest part of the game… Or the easiest two first so the shorter part will be the hardest? I suspect that after a while you'll become better and find the other factions more workable anyway…

Or pick out of a hat…

On the beta I picked Raven. But you chose from your personality. Are you the bad ass punk guy who doesn't care what weapons he has and all he wants to do is go kick some ass.Then go for SVER. Are you the traditional army kind of guy that fights for something. Then go for Valor. Are you the hightech and new weapons kinda guy? Then go for Raven.

personally i pick the Raven and i have to agree shipper that they have hard maps. But the better map is on the Deffence in the Junggle

If I ever play the game I plan on pickin S.V.E.R cause they have the coolest name imo.

i picked valor but i have so many games that are waiting to be played that i'm not very far. after i reach level 70 with valor though i'm switching to raven!

I think the level cap is 60.

Im on SVER right now, but I plan on playing on every faction…Also, every time I mention being on SVER i get chewed out…is there an explaination for that? jealousy? lol

mostly because most of the time sver are winning the SHADOW WAR(insert ron perlman voice over) and its domination map is the hardest of them all to defeat

But why chew me out just because they are having a hard time beating us…u know what they say… If you cant beat them, join them. lol
