why do 360’s exist

I bet all the PS3 lovers would jump through hoops for some 360 exclusives. Say… Mass Effect? Dead Rising? Gears Of War? Crackdown? C'mon those were decent games and would be nice to have on the PS3. But my 360 still spins those discs quite happily to if I do say so myself!
Fanboys suck. It's impossible to talk to them, you have to either conede defeat for the sake of brain cells or just listen to them bang the same drum.

Who honestly gives a flying f**k what is better? I play my PS3 becasue I think it is fun to play, I don’t say it is better becasue of grapics or what ever. Sure it has some plus points like a bluray player but like everything, so does the xBox. Now please shut the f**k before I loose my cool.

Memberi have noticed alot of people saying that the online is better on the 360 and fyi it aint different atall apert from money. rooms are always full on both PSN and ghaybox live the only obvious difference id the price xbox live, 4 quid a month …adds up and psn, FREE! surely someone must understand my point. and yes you may be calling me a fanboy… and i am proud to be a fanboy so it doesnt bother me
plus playstation is more commonly spoken and reffered to in tv programmes including the apprentice just XD
thus making the ps3 the ultimate shiny console!!!

MemberTotally agree. I've also given up in caring about the consoles. I'm a PS3 fan, but when I play an xbox, I see no difference whatsoever.

Memberxbox360 needs to exist so at the very least there is competition to keep the price down , without it the ps3 would be very expensive.

Has everyone taken stupid pills? It isn’t like the xBox 360 came out at the same time the PS3 did. Infact it came out 2 years before it, so yeah it isn’t going to be as advanced as the PS3, but doesn’t mean to say it is a bad console. Now all of you stop your moaning.

That may be the case. I hope Sony decides to just upgrade the graphic chip for the PS4. They can still use the Cell and Blu-ray, but the price should be a lot lower when it is released.

Memberwhat annoys me mostly about 360 dunno if anyone else has noticed this but sony will announce some thing like recently sony announced our new controllers what are going to be more sensitive than wii controllers and their going to be better so what does microsft do the exaact same also just as sony announced a open bet to be opened on ps3 home microsoft quickly bring out a avatar system a little supicious if you ask me.

the answer is very simple.
Microsoft wanted money, and thought it would be a good idea to make a console, which as it stands, got them a lot of money.
This is exactly the same as any other games manufacturer. No different. These threads shouldn't exist as it promotes that very stupid word known as “Fanboy”.
