Worst Game You Couldn’t Wait For

ah i was disappointed with quest for booty too. very very disappointing

@ bdamac-yes it had plenty of play but i just didn't want to play it. it just isn't that fun. unless you love zombies then it might. but i do not so it was a let down for me lol

this is probably not going to go down well but…. Ghostbusters! Its not that its really a bad game but just very dissapointing given the wait for it. The story mode while funny and original is waaaay too short and the online gets boring after about your third game.

On a seperate note Led Zeppelin music in any game would make me consider buying the game immediately, even if it sucked balls lol

Any way, Fracture, Dark Sector, and Bionic Commando were my biggest dissapointments.  Fracture had a great idea that was poorly executed, and the same with dark sector.  They both promised more environmental puzzles and environmental tactical fighting with the use of their unique weapons than they could deliver.  Bionic commando suffered from severely poor level design and a serious lack of ammo thru the story line, which just got irritating as hell.  I own all three and regret buying all three.  I still haven't beaten bionic, I simply lost all desire to even play the game.

i though that game would never make this list surprise to see ghostbuster on here as well two games that had good ratings

How can you like cod 4 and not cod5?

Gameplay is identicle. Treyarch copied over Infinity wards engine.

The only difference between cod 4 and cod5 is the setting. Ie location and guns. Oh yea and cod 5 has vehicles. Other than that they are the same. So if youi dont like it for that reason,then i will probably agree with you. WW2 era games are getting really really old now. Having some missions in the pacific area part of the war was nice little change though.

My game that somewhat let me down, was Infamous. Dont get me wrong, it was a great game and new twist on open world gameplay,but i really thought there would be alot more to the game and a little more contrasting story lines between the good and evil playthroughs.

back to topic. CoD 5 is identical gameplay wise, but im sick and tired of seeing the same guns in every WW2 game, the same settings, and the very very very similar story-lines. CoD4 was a lot better, because it changed the setting, and you had guns that actually felt like a gun, unlike CoD5, which i always felt like my gun was going to fall apart because it was so damn old.
