I got 1088….only 3 plats though…I really don't have the patience to get every trophy in a game…except the games I really liked.

I'm gonna support Shadeblack on that one. Yuck. X is one of the Few final Fantasies I just couldn't make it through. Hell, I even started playing through 8 again recently.

Anyways, If 7 has trophies I'd gladly pay the full retail price and go for a platinum on that one. No graphical redo required

Game reviews are useless. Why listen to someone elses OPINION of a game. Just go and rent it and see if you like it for yourself. I've loved games rated by IGN that were rated between 3 – 10 (out of 10), so it's always a roll of the dice if you'll like 'em too.

This Gadget show clearly sucks. Xbox has MORE exclusives…I'll agree with that. Am I gonna run out and get Infinite Undiscovery, Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, The Last Remnant, Shadowrun, and Halo right now? NO WAY. All those games suck (IMO). Gear of war 1 was ok…but 2 was garbage. Also, Halo does not compete with Killzone or resistance.

Honestly I don't really care about the psp 3000 too much (I got the 2000 and theres barely a difference). The nintendo DSi has the online shop and camera which is pretty neat. People these days are just drooling retards for apple products for their “Hip” Commercials. Anyone ever compare an iPod to a Sony Atrac player side by side?? MASSIVE difference. This gadget show is probably just taking the side of the product they know will be more POPULAR to boost their ratings. Which is likely as I've never heard of their lame ass show until now.

Wow, quite a few people posted without reading what I said. I did not write that other games started doing it because Halo did it…merely that it started getting popular around that time. Nor did I say I was naming a new genre. I just said that it was a descriptive word to name that feature in a game. ie – Killzone 2 is a “lungshot FPS”, which is easier to say than “In killzone 2, your health regenerates while not getting shot”.

Anyways…thats it. Pretty simple.

Dude, I read in a videogame magazine once that videogame companies WILL NOT take/listen to your requests. If you come up with an idea about a game including snowflakes in saran wrap, and that company happens to be making a game about the same thing, then you might feel the need to sue that company after they hear your idea and that game comes out.

You might as well just tell us your idea as you made this topic as everyone is curious, and there is no way Sony will listen to it anyway, as per legal policy.

All technology questions aside…Sony created Blu-ray and is REALLY pushing that as a big sales factor to get people to buy PS3's (even my dad has one). Would Microsoft even be allowed to put a blu-ray player in their system, or would that be like Voodoo stealing Nvidia's technology?

Reduce medic exp??? How about raising everone elses exp? I'm not sure why game companies are so arrogant to think that their game is the only one worth playing. There are too many good games out now for me to spend 30+ hours getting one gold trophy in resistance. Sure, it's impressive for the people that spent that long getting it, but leave that to a leaderboard if you want to say you spent that much time at it. Collecting trophies should be fun, not a total grind.
