MemberDeadklown got bored of it pretty quickly…but I'm still going strong. I got a lvl 50 siren who's halfway through the 2nd playthrough, a lvl 21 soldier, a lvl 13 berserker and a lvl 7 hunter. I'm still having a blast playing it and even when you hit max lvl (50) you can still hunt for new gear and level up your weapon proficiencies. Theres modified enemies on the 2nd playthrough too that are pretty hardcore.
But does the game get boring after a while? Deadklown still finished the game and made it into the 2nd playthrough before getting bored with it. Thats still pretty good considering we get too bored to finish a game the 1st time around usually
Member….Thats pretty much it for the enemy types. Except for a handful of “Special enemies” that are unique (like bosses, and quest guys) and raiders that drive the Cars and everything.
Realistically though….thats all the enemy types you need. They could just make new enemy skins and have them act exactly like raiders or something. PLUS – How many enemy types are there in games like CoD:Waw and Uncharted 2? Not even close to the variety in this one. Thats for sure.

MemberNo its no myth or mystery. Ive never have had any hdd issues (noise, overheating, ylod, or anything). Then again I upgraded my hdd. If it can be upgraded from factory, then I dont care what it is, I'll upgrade it. Just slap in a new Western Digital into the ps3, and then no more worries. I've never heard of someone performing a successful upgrade and having problems. It just doesn't happen.
Hmm, sorry once again Edge…I'm really not trying to be difficult here….but by that logic: I have never gotten AIDS from unprotected sex, no one I know has gotten AIDS from unprotected sex….I guess we can assume you can't get AIDS from unprotected sex.
All I'm saying is that we shouldn't say that upgrading the HDD will permanently stave off a YLOD just based on all of our personal experiences. There are plenty of people that never upgraded the HDD and never had a problem too.
Oh yeah….and AIDS is bad. Let's all try and avoid that too.

They are NOT out on Xbox. Realistically, the Dev's always do the trophies and achievements the same way for both systems. Chances are thats why watchmen never had a plat…if they had clearance from sony to have 50 trophies, the only way microsoft would have given permission to have 50 achievements is if they were all 4 points each to account for the 200.
So maybe thats it: the games have to be $20+ and NOT be out for the 360.

Hey Christus, I'll try to give a non opinion based answer for ya (and hopefully this one is what you're looking for)
Should this game have a plat? I don't know…Nobody does. I haven't seen anything that describes the prerequisites for a platinum trophy to be included.
Lets just BE THANKFUL that there are 2 downloadable games that actually have a full trophy set, and they're only $20 a piece. God knows Microsoft has not been cool enough to give any downloadable games that have a full 1000 gamerscore.
Beyond that my only GUESS as to why those 2 games have full trophy sets is that when a game is priced at $20 or over, the developers can probably get permission to have the full trophy set. I'm willing to bet that this game is only going to be $9.99 as well….and chances are we're not going to see any $10 games with a plat any time soon.
MemberAnyone notice this yet??? If you compare trophies for this game the DLC trophies are already listed. Anyone know when the DLC pack is coming out???

they are good, Resistance 1 & 2 are not bad games, i just don't like how there is no weight to your character, your just a floating gun that goes fast everywhere…
thats kinda funny. I'm after meeting a few people now that dislike the “Floating Gun Syndrome” in most FPS games. On the other side of that I know some people who hated how Killzone 2 felt as the character seems so sluggish. For me I couldn't be bothered…I like most FPS games whether your character feels weighted or not.
MemberResistance 2 was probably my favorite. COD is only good for the online, the single player campaigns are terrible. Unreal Tournament 3 was really good too, but the online suffered a little.
BTW, Antony whats the deal with that initial post? Its got “GAME COMMA GAME COMMA”
Feel like we're being left hanging after that 2nd comma man.

Thats questionable though. That Home Shopping BS is pretty shady…they probably keep running the number of items sold up anyways to make people watching think they may run out of stock soon, forcing them to call now.

By that logic sony copied nintendo, nintendo copied atari and atari copied computers. It dosen't matter who made it first. Sony's just doing the best right now.
MemberOH yeah, forgot one other critical item too.
Along with microsofts extensive lengths to make sure no one can share games, I got boned on this too:
When you buy content online, that content saves to your consoles serial #. So, when you get the RROD and send your system back they send you a refurb with a different serial #. SO, If you're not signed into xbox live you cant play your games. I bought about 20 games before the RROD And now I cannot play them if im not online. It's not bad if I'm home, but I cannot take the xbox to my parents house, my grandmothers or anywhere that I do not have high speed internet.
It really sucks that I BOUGHT the games fairly and I'm restricted as to when and where I can play them.
