How good is it in comparison to fallout 3?? FOR ME PERSONALLY (<– Note the emphasis) I think this game is WAY better. This game plays like an awesome FPS standalone….but the rpg elements are perfectly embedded. Plus, when you beat the game, you get to start a new game with your saved character and all the enemies start at level 30 minimum (Like Phantasy star online, Diablo 2 and so on)

The multiplayer is perfect! Imagine you're playing your game of fallout 3 and I'm playing mine…I can invite you and you can jump in with me….when you do all the enemies levels go up and they drop better loot. We do quests together and some characters have really awesome support skills. Also, this game is ACTION PACKED. Sure, you find yourself walking from one part of the map to another sometimes for a quest, but usually you're gunning down everything in sight. The end sequence leading up to the final boss (and the boss itself) was amazing. 

So, too many cool things to ramble on about. The grenade mods are cool as hell, using the same type of weapon causes your proficiencies to go up… some skills seem useless at 1st but when you start getting to a higher level, things like “Gain 1% of your shield back for a few seconds after a kill” work out perfectly. 

Rent it at least!! This game is too cool to just never try

This is a bad thread, you know there is a thread exactly like this on a 360 site somewhere right now asking “Why does sony suck so hard? Why do they epic fail lol lmfao omg omg omg omg”

Whatever. Anyways I do hate microsoft tho. I like to think my reasons for doing so are pretty valid. Here they are for those of you who dont already know why

1) All the games on 360 marketplace cost more than PSN. This includes DLC, Rock band/ Guitar hero content, games etc. A $10 game/DLC is 800 points on xbox (which translates to $12+tax) while the same game/DLC is only $10 on PSN. Examples include all COD map packs, Crystal defenders, Fallout DLC etc. 

Beyond that Microsoft sells us those points, so god only knows how much of that extra 20% they get to claim for all those sales.

2) Microsoft dosen't let you use your own equipment with your system. On my PS3 I bought a western digital HDD (500 gigs for $137), whereas for xbox you had to pay $200 for the official microsoft 120 gig unit. Total rip off! I still got a 20 gb drive and I refuse to upgrade it. 

3) Hmm another Money related one. Xbox does not let you game share (Which i totally understand) BUT!!!!!! They also wont let you buy a game and have 2 profiles share the achievements. Sooooooooooo If you have 2 kids and they both want the achievements in a game, you have to buy that same game twice. Make that 3 copies if you want the achievements too. 

So thats a few of MY main reasons. I decided to omit the “$60 a year to play online” and things like that as everyone knows those. Also, I really appreciate what sony is doing with letting us gameshare with 5 PS3s, DL our PSP games on up to 5 psps, letting more than 1 user get the trophies etc etc etc. I just feel like I'm getting a lot more bang for my buck than I ever did with that Space age HD-DVD hunk o' garbage.

……oh yeah, and PSN has WAY more sales than Live too. BONUS!

Just Tower Defense games, Plants VS. Zombies, and awaiting Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 (if not coming out on any consoles). Heard Plants VS. Zombies is coming out on PSN if anyone cares about that.

Actually it can't work like the Wii one. For the wii you had to point at the screen and it used the sensor bar. For this the camera tracks the location of the controller, so instead of pointing the controller like you're aiming a gun, we'll be just moving the controller to move the aiming cursor on the screen. 

So the Wii controls were good, but not very realistic as you could just rest your elbows and angle your wrists to aim. But for this one you'll actually need to move your arm like your holding a gun. Don't know if that will be good or not as when I was playing Wii my arms would get tired after a while if not resting your elbows

Despite the fact DeadKlown lives up the road and was here the other day, I'll still leave a response to this.

Yeah, I'm Mark and I'm 26. First videogaming memory was before kindergarten when my dad would go to work in the morning but left detailed instructions on how to access games on our old 8088 computer. Had instructions to get into “Wheel of Fortune” in DOS. Of course at that time computers did not have hard drives. There was a  series of “Big Blue Disks” (Thats the name of the series and does not reflect on the size, nor color of the disks) that came on 5 1/4″ disks that had an assortment of applications and games on them. If you think games like DOOM look ancient you have NO idea…This was LONG before the technological marvel known as the 486 Processor.

According to my parents they gave me dads old intellivision before that, but I cant remember playing anything on it. Probably just rubbed the controller up and down my face all day long, so not much has changed I guess.
