Time didnt stop for me at that door but i was able to get it and im telling ya im nothing special at this game , the only advice i got is youtube but even then there still reall hard but it helps

Zero wasted pollen – you wanna do this on one of the earlier stages , when u only have to get 1 spectra . Then just be careful , 1 prowler at a time making sure to collect all pollen from the prowler.
