Hey Ratchet, I know people who have had that very same problem. All of my friends got theirs to work by unplugging the ps3 from the tv, unplugging all cables from tv and ps3, and then plugging everything back in after 10 minutes. None of us are sure what caused the problems, but it is definitely worth a try.
They had the black screen, no audio, and their controllers weren't being detected. If you have these same symptoms, then I really suggest trying what my friends did. Hope this helps.
edge4eva32MemberMy ID comes from my former favorite nfl player: Edgerrin James. That was when he played on my favorite team: Colts. Plus I just love the name Edge, lol.
edge4eva32MemberI am cautiously optimistic about this game. Im really hoping the high hopes that people have for this game doesn't get shattered bc something just tells me that this game will not be worth a rent at best.
edge4eva32MemberI loved CoD 4. I was disappointed in W@W. Now I am just tired of MW2. Honestly. I am tired of CoD series all together. I know I will not be playing anymore in the future. I am done with this series. There really isn't anything else they can do in this series.

I beat the challenge mode playthrough in 3 hours and a little bit, had the omega ryno, and a few other omegas.. so powerful! Hard took a while, the boss battles were kinda annoying, not hard, but they took forever..
Got my plat a few hours ago! Excellent game!
Yeah I also had several of the omega weapons. Sweet weapons. Yeah I am playing on hard right now. I just beat the VX99 (yeah not too far into it yet). I am not looking forward to the other bosses (especially dr nefarious) after dying on the vx99 like 3 times. Congrats on the plat man

glad to here you like it. i started on casual, so that i could upgrade all my weapons quickly to V5, so that i can easily run through the challenge mode playthrough. Now im playing hard, and its fairly simple, nothing extreme except for some of the bosses.. thank god for the buzz blades!
Yeah it really is a great game. Really i don't feel that it is grinding by having to beat the game 3 times now. Dude, wait to you get the ryno V and lvl 5. You will be able to do challenge mode in like 4 hours if you only do the story planet and not the moons. I am almost done with challenge mode in under 4 hours. Ryno V lvl 5 makes it seem like an absolute joke. I hate some of the boss battles like nefarious. I am not looking forward to beating him on hard seeing i hardly beat him on casual.

I should already have it, but I made the mistake of starting on casual and not hard. I only did that bc I am not completely familiar with the series, but definitely a fan of it now. Great game.

Trying to get a plat on Resi5
And also trying to find just one stupid tog tag in Wolvie
I used youtube videos to help me with the dog tags. There are a few of them that are really quite well hidden from being seen. Try to use ferral sense whenever possible. It really helped me out in finding them.
RE5 is easy once you get unlimited rocket launcher.
edge4eva32MemberThats tough bc of both God of War 3, Final Fantasy 13, Bioshock 2, and (possibly) Dead Space 2.
edge4eva32MemberHappy New Year everyone. My resolutions this year are to keep getting A's in nursing school, lose weight (so cliche I know), and possibly propose and get married.
edge4eva32Memberwell i should be done with wolverine within the next day. So I will be working on AC 2 here and there, and will be starting Ratchet and Clank or inFamous or Borderlands. haven't decided yet.

what PS3 game are you currently trying to complete? and what trophy are you going for?
im in the middle of uncharted 2,and im working on earning the trophy for beating story on crushing mode.
I am doing too many games at once lol. Currently working on wolverine and AC 2 primarily. I have 4 other games I need to plat as well.
U2 was such a great game. Crushing was super easy. There were only like 2 or 3 battles that ever gave me any headaches.

So mojo just pops up as a new user and becomes buds with I773D33MABL3 who loves his “I'm a big internet fighter cool guy” attitude…
Anyone else get the feeling that Mojo is just I773D33MABL3 with a different email account registered so he can make it look like theres two people in agreement here? Somethings fishy. Check I773D33MABL3's post where he says
I have never really agreed with you in the past. It is obvious we both have our complete different opinions of things, but this time I really do agree with what you said. I hate this “big internet fighter cool guy” attitude. Of course I believe it is the same person but 2 different accounts.

anyway, Mojo – written by George Lucas is a flaw? Are you stupid? First of all, its not written by George Lucas, and secondly, George Lucas is probably the second best writer/director out there right now.
And your p*nis on the Kratos pic – incredibly stupid. Very immature… we dont need anymore of this crap on this site.
Wrath – i agreed with your first post in this thread, 1 page back.. Burtons work is way more innovative, and groundbreaking. Your not that bad, your just giving your opinion, i think W4R is just pissed off at that Mojo idiot..
I agree. I really do not know how someone who even has a pulse could say George Lucas is stupid lol. Whether you like him or not, it is FACT that is his one of the top directors/producers of all time. He falls into the same category with Francis Ford Coppolla, Steven Spielberg, and Martin Scorcese. they are referred to the “fathers of modern film”.
I really want to know what possessed him in putting that on a Kratos pic. It is uncalled for.

I was totally impressed with this film. The special effects, CG, acting, directing, story, production, and etc. It really was an experience in and of itself. I am going to go see it again Saturday. Truely amazing. Honestly, I did not want to see it at first. Then I was convinced to go with some family members to spend time together and now I am grateful for it.
Wow as far as the other posts are concerned. @wrath and @mojo: I have never read more immature and uncalled for posts in my life. How rude! I know you are new, but you will learn quickly that this community we are friends. We help each other and support each other in our quests to quench our trophy addictions haha. We do not bash each other as you two have bashed sniper, which happens to be one of the most contributing members of this community. What you both did was NOT disagreeing with sniper's opinion. You verbally bashed his opinion and flamed him. Grow up
@sniper: don't sweat them. I agree, this movie was incredible. Don't let the mocking of your avatar get you upset. bunch of 5 year olds should never upset you. remember the old saying, “arguing on the internet is the same thing as competing in the special olympics. No matter who wins, your still retarded” lol
