i had a similar experiance a couple weeks ago i had this urge to buy a dreamcast (dont know if anyone remembers it was made by sega) but yea, so i bought one and i'm playing a whole bunch of old games i used to love like sonic adventure, and ready 2 rumble. it was just like the good old days.
Dude thats awesome. I used to love playing Blue Stinger for the Dreamcast and I loved Sonic as well.
edge4eva32MemberDude I only have 2 plats (RE5 and Dead Space). Im really behind ppl on my buddy list haha. One guy on my buddy list has like 37 plats lol
edge4eva32MemberHey man, I have the platinum for this game already and i still love playing from time to time. Im willing to help you with Pro. Yeah it can really be a pain in the butt. its always good to have a decent partner helping you out. I have the unlimited rocket launcher and stuff, so I can walk through the game with ease. My psn is edge4eva32 if you want to add me. Just let me know in the request that you are from APT and need RE5 help I'll help anyone with RE5 if I can.

I tried that originally on normal mode, along with a few other strategies… and it didn't work. I mean, it would once or twice, but I couldn't kill him that way, and on hard one shottie blast and you're done. Too easy to screw up. I run away, shoot backwards at the resin, and after a few hits when hes bleeding, toss my grenades. Still not too hard, and it seems more reliable.
anyway – a revision to my earlier comment. In the end what I really pay attention to is your actual performance as a player when you're in a game with me. Trophies do not indicate skill, most of the time. I only care about trophies when I want to know how much I have left to do in a game I purchased.
I havent had any problems like that. Honestly the AI of Laz is quite hilarious. It just keeps repeating the same patterns over and over again. Once you figure out the pattern then there is no way you could lose.
edge4eva32MemberNot in any order:
1. Final Fantasy 7 (off of the psn)
2. Goldeneye 007 (N64)
3. Resident Evil (off of the psn)
4. Zelda: Ocarina of time
5. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
But if I had to add more then Uncharted 2 would be a sixth title

eh? “Your blu-ray drive has a higher chance of crashing before your hard drive does” were talking about cell proccessers and motherboards crashing not hdd…
No. The blu ray drive (which plays your games and blu rays and dvds) has its own circuitry and motherboard which are separate from the ps3 motherboard. Sony produced tons of faulty drives that crashed. The blu ray drive crashing is similar to 360's RROD, but the 360's RROD is MUCH cheaper to repair.
edge4eva32MemberThere are bosses in pretty much all games. The final boss in Uncharted 2 isn't that bad.

hmm never thought of that. but he shoots at you if you get close! so on crushing it'd be hard toi do that right?
Nope. If you keep getting up in his face, then he will just keep grabbing you. Keeping pressing square. He will throw you once or twice in the beginning. Just keep getting in his face and hitting square. Also try to shoot any resin that is nearby to make it quicker. Just keep repeating this process. He is somewhat easier on crushing I thought. Really he is a joke.

i had no trouble with anything on hard EXCEPT the final boss lol. i think the rest is easy but lazarevic is pretty hard imo
There were like 3 battles that kept giving me problems on hard, but lazarevic is super easy. Just get up on him, he will choke you, keep hitting the square button as idicated on the screen….keep doing this over and over and he will not shoot or throw grenades at you. Super easy.

I know how you feel . Ive only gotten to like level 3 , but even in Hard Mode i can feel the tension of those respawn battles where you covered and enemies just kkep on coming at you . Its gunna be hell .
Hard mode wasnt too difficult for me. However, 2 bullets in chapter 3 kept killing me. Im dreading chapter 12 where you are stuck in that train waiting for the girl to arrive. That chapter gave me headaches on hard. Yet the final boss is the easiest part of the entire game.

I'm one trophy short of “platting” (<— is??? this even a word) Dead Space, Uncharted1 and Dirt 2. 2 trophies short on W@W and U2. Having played through U2 twice in a week I don't feel the urge to go through a third time already to try and finish it on Hard.
Maybe I'll get round to attempting them some day but I have a low attention span and just want to try new games all the time
Oh I do that all the time. I really don't have the patience to keep playing a game over and over to get a platinum. I just play a game, then when I get bored i will move on to a new one.

Barkie sure does have a more sexual view on all of this Yellow light thing
I agree. First it was pregnancy and now it is unprotected sex. Reminds me of my former English professor who could find a sexual meaning to every poem ever written lol
Honestly, the Yellow light of death is extremely rare. Your blu-ray drive has a higher chance of crashing before your hard drive does. Ive had mine crash twice. My friend had his blu ray crash like 5 times. Yet none of my friends ever got the yellow light.
