Honestly I think the number of plats you have (and which games you have plat on, getting a plat for hanna montana does not count in my book lol) and your level is what means the most.

I only have 2 plats thus far (RE5 and Dead Space) but I am one trophy away from Uncharted 2 plat. Dang crushing mode. I want to pull my hair out sometimes bc of these battles.

Huh? Edge where did you get that from??? It sounds like a really cool new-age myth. Thats like me saying girls can't get pregnant if after intercourse they take 2 shots of Jack Daniels, chase it with 7up and say the alphabet backwards.

No its no myth or mystery. Ive never have had any hdd issues (noise, overheating, ylod, or anything). Then again I upgraded my hdd. If it can be upgraded from factory, then I dont care what it is, I'll upgrade it. Just slap in a new Western Digital into the ps3, and then no more worries. I've never heard of someone performing a successful upgrade and having problems. It just doesn't happen.

How about renting?? You could save a fortune, particularly on games with weak online support.

I do rent from time to time. I primarily rent games that I am just not completely sure about. Usually I can just tell when a game is going to be good or not. Just has become a bit of a skill haha.

Honestly the best way to avoid getting Yellow light of death is by replacing/upgrading the hdd when you get a ps3. at first, i upgraded to a 320gb but now im upgrading to a 500gb hdd. never have to worry about the yellow light or running out of space……atleast i hope since i am a trophy whore again lol

I am always in this position. It is around every September through December is when all the top blockbuster games are released. Last year I dropped like over $500 in games. I think this year it is R&C, MW2, GoW Collection, AC 2, pre-ordered Bioshock 2, and im sure I will want others closer to release dates lol

Ok so that one guy's post has me complete dumbfounded. I have a Bachelor's degree, and am technically in medical school at this point. Yet, I am still clueless as to what that idiot posted. I swear I hate people who speak like that. I agree with Parnakas (as I usually do) go learn the english language. If not, then go learn spanish, french, mandarin, etc. Just learn to forget that crap street language.

Wow, it really is awesome to be back on this site and to the PS3. I still can't believe I ever took like a 5 month break lol. What was I thinking? lol

Wow Shade and Parnakas are still here? Dang, missed u both greatly.

Well as far as movies are concerned, I seen Zombieland twice on my bday (Oct 3). Actually had 2 dates that day with 2 different women lol. I know, im pimp lol I actually really loved that movie. I am like in love with Emma Stone, and I HATE Woody Harrelson. But I give him credit, I loved him in this film as he made it so funny. Its time to nut up or shut up.

I am not waiting on Saw 6 to be released. I loved the series up to this point.

I seen Halloween 2 as well. The death scenes were totally freaking amazing, but the story was just god awful. What can u expect from a sequel though, right?

Well again, its good to be a trophy hunter again and be back in by far the greatest PS3 online community on the entire internet. Missed u guys 🙂

His passing is truely shocking and sad. As much as people like to make fun of him. We still have to acknowledge the fact that he was acquitted of any wrong doing. He will always be the greatest music producers of our entire era. Losing Michael Jackson is a greater tragedy than it was losing Elvis. I personally wasnt a die hard fan of MJ's, but you cant deny the credit that is owed to him.
