Got the grenade one yesterday (thanks to l8scent), you can only use grenades and teleport. If you use ninja rope it won't unlock.

Youtube is probably the best place to view the different areas the emblems are placed.
Take your ethernet cable out the back of your ps3 for 10 seconds and plug it back in, should do the job.
