I'd say the safe bet is Germany but I want Portugal to win because Ronaldo.
No..
Frederick_PlaystationMemberBeen playing GTAV for the past weekend.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberI'm just saying that if the DEVS thought they should have never implemented it and would take it out if the oppurtunity came (that's why it's not in the console port) then it shouldn't have been in the game in the first place.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberI'm pretty sure Blizzard said that the addition of the auction house was a mistake.
And they were right
Frederick_PlaystationMember¡doble mensaje!
Frederick_PlaystationMemberThe first Harry Potter on Ps1 will always be the best.
I don't see why anyone would want to play a game so bad.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberYeah most people who enjoyed Diablo III, didn't play Diablo II.
I don't think we'd see a console release for the Witcher games. Have you played them?
Frederick_PlaystationMemberNo I wasn't implying anything about you. I just thought that kids would usually stay in more and play videogames than going out, at a young age. I can care less what you do about your social life, but sorry.
Diablo III suffered from forced always-online policies for an offline game. Errors like 3006 were problems cause of the online drm. Its also streamlined and no where as near engaging as Diablo II. If you've never played a Diablo game, you'll probably like it though; because of the lack of experience. That is, if dungeon crawlers and ARPG's are your type of game. I'm also very skeptical about this game coming to consoles. Firstly, I think its gonna sell horribly because of how bad its viewed on by the community, and this type of game is supposed to be played with a mouse and keyboard. I don't know how they worked out the mapping with a controller.
I also doubt that any Witcher games will come to Ps3. The only Witcher game that came to a console was TW2. Im sure CDPR has their whole team focused on the development of Witcher 3, so no way TW1 or TW2 will come to Ps3, unless an external team handles it.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberHmm. Usually people are more interested in going out in their later ages.
That's a good list you have there. Minus Diablo III. Stay away from that game. Actually, you might like it since you haven't played Diablo II. I'd recommend Torchlight II instead, but sadly that isn't on Ps3. Gosh that game is so good.
I havent played P4:G but I've played the original on ps2.
If theres any way you can, play the other Witcher games before Witcher 3. The story would be so much more enjoyable. And since this is the first game on the Playstation, theres no save transfer stuff, which means you missed out on all the decisions that change the game drastically. So I don't know how that'll work with the third game.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberKH2 came out in 2006. Is he that young? I thought the game had a high appeal to the younger audience due to the Disney characters.
Tales of Abyss was the last Tales game I played unfortunately.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberHow do you manage to miss Kingdom Hearts II during the Ps2 generation?
Unforunately, the Witcher 2 probably isn't coming to Ps3.
It really sounds like Skyrim has been the only RPG you've played.
@seibei
That's a good list. Nier was so under rated. Same with Kingdoms of Amalur. That game had so much potential. The Tales Of series is great too. Have you played Xillia?
Also Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is great as well.
Frederick_PlaystationMemberGaming PC's aren't that expensive. I'm sure you can build a good rig that can play Skyrim at a good frame rate with good enough graphics for a budget price.
I don't want to say anything old like Diablo II or Chrono Trigger or FFVII, so I'll go with a pretty recent game – The Witcher 2. Even Dark Souls. And of course, Morrowind.
Don't get me wrong though, Skyrim isn't a bad game. I'd just like you to play some other RPGs before making yourself think that its the best RPG out there.
The story is pretty weak. Most of the environments look the same (all the dungeons are just essentially the same environments). The combat gets boring. Just so many other things too..

Nathan said it was the best RPG he'd played, not the greatest ever made. And RPGs aren't too well represented on consoles to begin with. They tend to be poor cousins to their PC counterparts.
That's why I told him to play more RPGs.

It's hands down the best RPG I've ever played.
It's better than sex.
I'm guessing you're the local virgin.

And obviously I'm not far enough into Dishonoured to judge it fairly but initial impressions are woeful. I was really hoping the game would deliver but so far it's underwhelming.
I think it's a gameplay game, not a graphics or story game. I think some people might like the setting or story or something, but I don't think it's supposed to be profound or anything. It's about alternate routes, some exploration and looting, and various options for beating a level or getting through an area. And Blink. It's a lot about Blink.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the game as well as its story. But the gameplay is definitely where the game shines. My only gripe with the game is that it isn't a truly open world game. I really hope they try to add an open city for the inevitable sequel.
