MemberHmm I wonder how thats possible. The wording of the trophy would seem to imply that at the end of the week(whenever the game's week may start i.e mon to mon or tue-tue.) is when the points will be calculated. Seeing ass the game was just released 4 days ago. i wonder how or why the points are being calculated before a week has even passed. Unless the game was released at a midpoint in the week of calculation of points.
Memberall the games are team based. As far as matches go though. If you want to just have deathmatch(suppresion is what its called in Socom)with respawn on you will have to make a unranked game. All the ranked games are a predetermined order of game types like breach,extract,escort, etc. and have respawn disabled. If looking for trophies , they all have to be done in ranked games.
MemberI too have been wondering where to change my security question on ps3. Its not anywhere in the account management section that I can see. Anyone know where or how to do this please?
MemberNope not possible to do as far as I know. You are unable to load a save game that was saved under a different user/psn name.
MemberIts confirmed.This is the most frustrating game I have ever played lol. And i dont get frustrated easily.
It is boggeling my mind. Here is the situation. I was trying to do chapter 2 speed run and was failing miserably,so I went to you tube to get some pointers and found something that really annoyed me.At the part where you go down into the big hole/drain thing and you push that button to open the big door,go through that one and there is another button to open the second door into the area with all the platforms. Well according to the videos I watched,when the person in the videos push that second button there time stops.Mine on the other hand keeps ticking away when I hit that button.Not just a few seconds either.Almost 40 seconds tick by while I am waiting for that 2nd door to open. Even in the videos there screen flashes like its going into a cutscene while they are waiting for the door to open and there time is flashing and paused like they are in a cutscene. I hit the button and and nothing happens =\. I sit there waiting(almost 40 seconds like I said) for the damn door to open.Now that pretty much makes that level as close to impossible as it gets lol.
So I am wondering what do I have to do at that spot to get my clock to stop like everyone else I see doing that level? Cause there is no where else in the level I can shave off almost 40 seconds to make up for it.

I have watched that video repeatedly and copied it exactly many times,but my time never pauses at that spot like in the video =\.
Memberk Thats what I was guessing it was. Cause it really would have been sh!$%y to get platinum only to have it diminished due to there being a cheat to attain them.
1 other thing I cant understand though is. At the beginning of a time trial,how is it that some people can run faster in a straight line? AS soon as the time starts you hold forward which means everyone should run the same speed until at least the first obstacle or jump etc. Yet some people people just seem to start faster. Please tell me what I might be doing wrong lol. How can someone just hold forward better than someone else lol.
MemberSo far for me. Of the platinums I have. Burnout was pretty easy and Cod:Waw was about middle of the road. Some parts in Cod were a super pain in the @$$ though.
Gta4 I would say is middle of the road too. Most are fairly easy to get with a few that are near impossible without people playing with you that know what they are doing, and then you have the 1 trophy that just takes forever to get.

MemberYou are correct in saying that the xbox 360 is cheaper than the ps3,but you are forgetting 1 thing. its cheaper cause it doesnt have or do everything the ps3 does. Once you add up all those extras you have to buy for the 360 to make it comarable to the ps3 now you have spent just as much if not more also you still have to pay for online, and on top of all that, you still wont be able to watch blu-ray movies on it. So add another 150$ plus to go buy a seperate blu-ray player. If you open up a 360 also to make the console better,like it should of been from the factory you void your warranty. With sony you can open it up change your hdd,even install a different operating system and your warranty is unaffected.
I dunno. Just my two cents.
I personally have never owned a 360 due to the fact that all my friends who have 1 are on their 3rd to 5th one. All my friends that have a ps3 are still on their first ones, and like me some still have their original ps1 and ps2 that still work perfectly fine. So for me and my friends at least, Sony has been reliable in the console department.
Also I would venture to guess that most of the people who have problems after a firmware update, got the problem from not letting their system update fully before turning off their system or got impatient and were in such a rush to get back to gaming that they canceled something out to early.
Obviously some are legit though as with anything that has parts can break. And with anything the longer you use it the more likely it is to start breaking as is the case with people who never shut off their system lol. Although on the sony forums their are people on their who have launch systems that say they have not turned off their ps3 since they have owned it and theirs is still running fine.

MemberHey all. Finally hit lvl 9 today. I have palyed with some of you on here. Thanks for joining in on the tedious Noose-ing lol. Its actually been going fairly quickly if you get a good team. My kick arse teamate and I(She knows who she is =) ) can repeatedly do noose in under 2:20, with our record being 2:10:36. so money racks up quick lol. So we shall soon be getting our platinums. Anyone who is on gta4 and looking to do some Noose, if you see me on dont hesitate to message me and see if I am available to get some dollars with ya.If I am not in a full room with decent players,with other friends at the moment, or afk waiting for the servers to update so I dont lose all the money I just gained I will send you an invite or have you send me one. Usually if I am afk though I have my status as unavailable,so If am not responding to you just check and see if I am actually there lol.
MemberSo what your saying is, that its not there at the beginning? If so, at what point does it appear please? Cause like I said, after attempting this garden many many times and searching it very thoroughly and only getting 48 seeds everytime, I looked at some you tube videos and none of them show a seed being opened there. Also none of them collect 49 seeds in their videos, which is kind of confusing to me as to how they seem to have got the trophy =\
