If you guys are trophy hunting I'd love to be a part of it. Add ironfozzy.
ironfozzyMember100% Uncharted
100% PixelJunk Eden
100% Super Stardust HD
14% of Warhawk.
ironfozzyMemberNo idea but I'd like to know as well. Either I suck at this game, or everyone is just much, much better than me :p
ironfozzyMemberThe best advice for beating Uncharted on Crushing: Don't use cover. It sounds stupid but it's absolutely true. Press circle to get to cover, and then hit circle again to cancel it, then aim with L1 and shoot with R1. Make your own “cover”, but the most important thing is that for some reason, Nate can hit anything that his reticle is on, even when his body is mostly obscured by a wall or other object. I think it has to do with the way the camera is done but I've found that 9/10 times, you can “hide” behind a wall in the over-the-shoulder view and put your crosshairs right on a guy and he won't fire at you (probably because you're almost entirely behind the cover). If you get shot, simply strafe behind the wall completely.
And most of all, BE PATIENT. If you get shot three times on Crushing, you're pretty much dead. So if you get shot twice and the screen goes white, stay behind cover and wait it out. Don't try to get in a vengeance shot or two; you will most likely die. Sure, it'll take longer on the whole, but it's better than dying and having to redo the entire fight.
Oh, and headshots 😛
ironfozzyMemberI'm actually doing that Warhawk trophy right now, I'm about 2.5 hours in. There's no one playing on the server, so I don't know if it's going to count, but I'll let you know in 1.5 hours if it worked lol.
For Late Bloomer, the best advice I can give to you is to not hit the bomb ships with bombs. The way I did it–lure an enemy ship to collide with the bomb ship and blow it up, thus saving you the bomb you would have wasted. Repeat this twice, and then for the third bomb ship you can use a bomb cuz it'll still give you 15 bombs total. All in all, just hone your dodging skills (and luck skills :p).
Shock and Awe was rather easy. I found that using the ice weapon worked the best, since you can kinda “snipe” the nukes from afar. Remember that when you blow up the nuke, you'll blow up all enemies on the map, so zero in on those nukes when they show up.
ironfozzyMemberI have 100% of the trophies…
Zero Wasted Pollen is kinda tough, but if you're careful it's not too bad. Basically, you cannot let any of the pollen drift to the bottom of the stage and disappear or let it fade away (which it does if you don't collect it within like 30 seconds). It's okay if you collect pollen that does not actually get “used” on a seed. The strategy is to jump carefully into one pollen prowler at a time. Make sure you're spinning when you hit it, which'll draw the pollen into you as you hit it. It's best to hit the guy at the peak of a nearly vertical jump. Don't do combos or kill prowlers with your silk unless you're really sure of yourself. The goal is to open all seeds and get all the spectra in the level.
For 100,000 pollen, I used a strategy similar to shadeblack's. In general, don't kill individual prowlers. Go for the combos. Not only will it rack up pollen faster, but at combo 5 you get some crystals, which you'll definitely need.
For the “All Seeds in Garden X”…gardens 1 through 6 are pretty straightforward. For 7 through 10, I found it helpful to have a map of the entire level in front of me and just mark off each seed I opened. Those levels got kind of hard to keep track of.
