New to the forum, first post, and I'd like to start it off by helping out:

Uber Chest 1: After you return to the area just before entering the Bog of the Forgotten (just before you use the fleece on that wall spitting the fire), run back to where you first met the Barbarian. You will see the Experience UC.
Uber Chest 2: Remember the part where a guy jumps off a balcony and you have to run into the mirror and then slow down time, etc? Ok what you do is run through the mirror, slow down time and back track to where you originally got the Statue of the Fates. If you get there before the guy jumps, you will see the Health UC.
Uber Chest 3: In Entrance to the Underground, right before you have to glide around a bunch of spiked pillars, do not take off yet. When you first see the pillars on your screen, you should see a wall with a white light. Take out Typhon's Bane and blast the thing open. Glide in and you will see the Magic UC. Also, turn to your right and blast down the wall. There's a switch to shut off the spikes, making the glide easy.
JJ, it happened to me too. I went back and beat the game a second time and I got it right after beating Clotho. But as a precaution, I made a save file right before the Kraken and then another one right before Clotho in case it glitches a second time.
