MW2 is awesomeness guys seriously. could play it over and over again but looking forward to BC2 i loved the online in the first one. a friend of mine just got the plat and took him 28,000 kills and 11 months to the day to get the bronze “I am Bad Company” trophy and he is probably the best MP i have ever seen. I hope this one wont be as hard!
Ah you're lovely!

This is a great thread.
I've seen what, 5 posts actually about Bf:BC?
This thread is about a game that will be either the most awesome game to hit a console since Warhawk, or another disappointment.
It's not for a little fanboi/anti fanboi fight.
If you like CoD, play it, if you don't, don't. End of.
They've put a lot more work into the single player this time round. I found BC1 to be a bit lackluster. Don't get me wrong though, I enjoyed it, but it was basically a few giant fields with a village or two scattered about.
The multiplayer was where it really came to life though. It was well balanced, and nothing really dominated anything.
Tanks, although dangerous, were manageable with any class, and although the sniper class was powerful, it could be easily beaten by any other class.
The Heli's came with a nice learning curve too, which games seem to be phasing out these days.
Every game should have a learning curve. There needs to be a divide between someone new to the game and someone who's played it for months.
That's my biggest fear of BC2. It seems to have been streamlined for the casual gamer, and gone the ways of CoD.
I'm not liking the perk system they've added. Hopefully it won't dominate too much, but for me, it kills versatility.
In BC1, you could snipe for ten minutes, then hop into a tank and destroy the other team with it.
But perks stop this. If you snipe, your perks will be geared towards sniping, so if you jump in a tank, someone with a tanker perk, will have a huge advantage over you.
Perks force you to specialize, and take a lot of the skill out of most situations.
Increasing the weapon damage will mean that whoever shoots first, wins, where as with weaker weapons, if someone gets the drop on you, if you had the ability, you could turn the situation around.
Also, Kill Cam == fail.

I enjoy this.
And I'm sure this forum is friendly, so long as you don't express a differing opinion.
Wargeared will get pissy then.

“*sigh* I think I am going to stay out of this topic from now on.”
Well that didn't last too long. I might have only started posting recently but that doesn't mean I haven't been coming to these forums regularly.
I was here for W4NK's last hissy fit too:

I should have known better than to disagree with the child.
You have 11 posts…

MemberHarrisson Ford once famously said; “You can write this sh*t George, but you sure as Hell can't say it”.
I never said George Lucas wasn't a good director, he simply can't write dialogue.
If W4NK was just angry at me, then why was the majority of his post directed at wrath?
He just seems to throw a tantrum any time someone reminds him he's an idiot.
Farewell wrath, our time together was far too short.

MemberI don't know for sure, but I think the trophy patch hasn't been released yet. There's a few references to it in the comments on the trophy list.

Its obvious people cant post in peace any more , i made this thread so people can share thier feeling on the movie , not so they can bash mine . I suggest you respect them as i will respect yours , and hopefully we can put all of this behind us and maybe get along . And pointing out i spelt a word wrong where i could instantly find gramatic errors in your paragraph above isnt smart and just makes you look like the hypocrite , buts that a different story isnt it ? Im done , all i want is a peaceful discussion .
As for Mojo : Wow 3 posts and i already hate you , why would you take a picture of mine and add a p*nis to it huh ? Is that a way to mock me ? You said up above how its a forum and that not everyone agrees with you , so if your picture is what i think it is why are you so irritated in such a way to mock me ? I didnt agree with you , so what ? You decide to go on your photoshop and do that ? Real mature man . Keep it up you ll be torn to pieces on this Forum .
Post in peace? How can we do that when you get angry every time someone disagrees with you?
“Hypocrite”, yay for teenage buzzwords!! Should we now ignore the fact that you're asking for peace in a fight you started?
Hate? That's pretty harsh. I only really really dislike you.
“P*nis”? It's a flower!
I like Buddha cat. I've decided we're friends.

Fossils are not unique to earth…
I just think that instead of making up a ridiculous sounding resource, use one that already exists.
Unobtainium sounds like something I'd evolve a pokemon with.

Member@war: George Lucas was said to be involved in the script pre-production, and it surely has his stamp of cheese all over it, but regardless, that still doesn't invalidate the rest of my post.
The story is not unique, the “Noble Savage” being downtrodden by man has been around since Cowboys and Indians first started shooting at each other in black and white.
The CG, while pretty, still looks like CG. While watching Avatar, I thought, “that's nice CG”. While watching District 9, I thought, “those are nice aliens”.
“Who are you to question my [opinion]”
This is a public forum mate, if you want everyone to agree with you and kiss your ass start a fan club.
“Greatest movie of all time”
Bollox.
Even Uwe Boll could come out with a masterpiece after 15 years.

MemberI have to agree with, and go further than Wrath;
It's an utter steaming pile of shite.
Nature vs Technology, nature wins, bollox.
Big bad man with our smoke belching machines invade little space elf tree hugging hippy planet.
You'd think that now that we've mastered faster than light travel, we could reduce our carbon footprint a little, but that's not the point of the film. Man has come seeking the rare mineral“unobtainium”, and to do so, we need to genetically engineer our own tree hugging hippy elves in order to not be beaten by NATURE.
Lets focus on the many flaws of this film.
1) It's written by George Lucas .
2) The main character is paralysed, so a new body is created for him. Considering they've clearly mastered being God, you'd think they could just fix the poor guy's spine, instead of making him into a blue space elf with down syndrome.
3) It's written by George Lucas.
4) Unobtainium. Could it not just be oil?
5)Quote:For those of you that have seen the movie , hopefully you werent to blind to see the real point out of the movie , and realise its about out environment and what we are clearly doing to it .Blind to it? I left the cinema coughing up morals.
6) It's written by George Lucas.
7) Why can't we just burn down the forest instead of making “Avatars”? -
