I saw Motorstorm: Pacific Rift in 3D and compared to some of the films/shows I saw in the Sony Store it was dissapointing. I think it is because these were just patched. I expect games like Killzone 3 to be a lot better

The reason its better to watch and play aswell is because there is no transfers. So every player playin for a county is playing for their county it has 10000000x more passion than english football.

I read an article on CVG that a number of PS3's have crashed since the latest firmware, sorry I've lost the link.

Sony has said that it's not the firmware updates fault.

Wow, I have never broken a controller. I busted my R2 playing LBP trying to Ace the bunker.

It got stuck and I was trying to move around and sackboy just kept flailing his arms around, I must say it took me a minute to figure out what had happened. I managed to fix the controller though (another decent ole' whack) and it has been fine since, but frankly controllers are too expensive. I am generally much happier to hit the giant novelty teddy that is stored in the room where I game.

MGS1 was ridiculous to play after finishing MGS4 though, i'm not gonna lie. After I got used to the control scheme, and camera angles and whatnot, MGS1 was nearly impossible on my first try, but I got used to it after a few days.

I am seriously hoping to get Crash Bandicoot in Playstation Plus. I have toyed with the idea of just buying it, but while I have all my other games I think I wouldn't play it that much so getting it in Playstation Plus would be perfect.

I stopped playing this after i read the there was a glitch with one of the vehicles, and the fact that it never spawned or something… The superliner cruise bus or something, it would appear in the areas is was supposed to spawn as a limo rather than the bus. Has this been patched or something because i might go back and finish it?

I think I read somewhere that you can use DLC vehicles towards the trophy. Don't hold me to that though because I never tried it.

Ehmm well my PS3 died when I had only 4 Spec Ops missions left to do, so I had to do them all again.

And Auf Wiedersehen Petrovic was glitchy crap so them two plats were nightmares for me.

Neither neccessarily my own fault.

why the hell would they let you start with a mg or a ray gun? that basically takes a part of the game away where you try to get the ray gun or the browning for example. i would prefer it if they had a selection of pistols all of which had different individual specialities and then you got to choose your type of inventory, for example frags, c4s, incendary grenades, claymores.

Maybe you would be allowed, pick one of any weapon in the whole game to start with. But it means you will not get it in the magic box and if you can buy it off the wall you wont be allowed.

So pick the ray gun to start with, but you wont get to use it again for the rest of the game.

P.S. Max Ammo wont affect the weapon you pick.

My store hasn't updated since the 21st July. There's some new Uncharted 2 avatars coming out aswel so I am a little PO'd about this, another week I wouldn't even notice the store updating.

And man Tridon, that sucks. When my old phatty died I was about to kill someone. (I think I was actually having withdrawl symptoms lol) Mine just froze, the green power buttton had a bit of a muscle spasm then went yellow. It turned out I hadn't been dusting out my system and some thermal regulating thingy melted and caused an irreversable case of overheating.

I also got that “You turned off your PS3 wrong” message before but I just ignored it and nothing bad ever happened. I didn't turn it off any peculiar way, unless I had accidently left it on when I went to America and my Nan turned it off funny when she was checking up on the house.

Yeah but what could they add, we've had: Hell Hounds, Wunderwaffe's, Monkey Bombs, Teleporters, Pack a Punch. What else is there to add. And do you think all these things will return?

I think there was a few really good ideas thrown around on another thread, starting loadouts I think was mentioned along with a few other ideas. I don't know if they'll all return, I mean each map had its own unique feel. I would like to get XP from playing zombies. Another idea someone mentioned I think was the ability to upgrade your weapon multiple times but be a lot more expensive each time.
