It's not gonna be banned because it has already passed the test a good while ago. But even if it would've been banned you could just import it, that's what's great about ps3 games, they're region free.
Jeez, it's not the same game…sure it's a sandbox game but it has it's own (good) features aswell. I liked the original Saints Row that I played on xbox and this seems quite good aswell.
Uhm the PSN network was down for maintenence yesterday. In the future just check the playstation blog and you'll see if there's any maintenence or downtime of some kind, they always write it there.

They've stepped it up many times, games always evolve. COD4 definitely stepped it up and put the bar really high for FPS games, so if this one will be anything like it then it should be good.
Another game that will for sure “step it up” will be KillZone 2.
Haha what are you talking about, I don't know what reviews you've been reading but Haze has an average of 57% from a total of 56 reviews…wouldn't call that good.
