Yeah, well everything in that demo was fcuking garbage. It was throw away material at the most. The cover system was a flat out joke, the snowy environment didn't leave an impression or did I even care one bit, weapon crafting was an absolute joke with micro-transactions?! I don't fcuking know any more. The co-op was absolute shit since it felt like Ada's campaign, tacked on. Carver was essentially Marcus Fenix from Gears and the gun play was terrible.
This is just ridiculous to me, then again you are right in saying this is just a DEMO, just to show off new elements and such. I'm going to try and be a little bit more optomistic and won't bitch and moan during the game, but if it's bad, hopefully Em's one-liners save it!!
scotty243MemberWow… Just, wow… Did they just release that demo? I'm just in absolute shock right now… I can't believe what I just witnessed… Life isn't the same anymore… Gaming doesn't feel the same anymore… I guess this really is the end of Isaac's journey
EA = SHIT

It's probably too much to ask, but is it possible if you could lend me a hand in Red Faction? I've had that on my list at 6% since it was a rental, but I can basically pick it up for free this weekend to improve my completion rate I just need the ones that require 4 man groups or whatever but if not, boosting threads will do
scotty243MemberAlrighty, this is going to be a serious beast to 100% Also, do you guys know any information about the Friend Challenges? I've heard you probably need to go as far as removing friends off of your list?!
Also, do any of you guys know if the Raven Strike DLC is co-op or just solo? I wouldn't have a problem doing it solo since the main campaign on Elite was fun although a bit too tough at times and I'd like to not feel so isolated during the Ghost Recon “experience”
I can't give an exact date as to when I'm picking this up, since Dead Space 3 and Aliens: Colonial Marines will eat up my wallet, but it won't be in May or anything. Will pick up the DLC with the main game since it'd be a waste going through the entire plat and having to do a second run just for some MP trophies.
scotty243MemberSo after a weekend of MoH and TWD, I decided to dig back into Resident Evil 6 to finish off the collectibles I've left, and boy, do I have quite the load. I'll hopefully have Leon's campaign finished within the next few minutes and depending on how much free time I'm granted tomorrow (silly homework ), I should have Chris' campaign done?
Also, managed to scrap together enough courage today to pop back in Metal Gear Solid 4 after a month long hiatus, then slowly popped it right back out after realizing how tedious and tainted the experience has become. Will attempt to finish the list after RE6 or something, since I've printed out the flashbacks and everything a few months back. Big Boss Extreme shouldn't be too hard as I've enough experience, ammo, and all the weapons to dominate this joyless and spoiled game – Will also be following a walkthrough on it while I'm attempting the mode because if I have to spend another 10 hours in this game, I might lose my mind
scotty243MemberIf we do Future Soldier, might want to grant me some time on picking that up as I at least want to have a few games done before that (and because I don't have the cash for that, at the moment ). Also, does this game sell a Season Pass or something on the side? 'Cause some of those DLC pieces are looking a bit pricey for just a small amount of content….
@gr8
Are you still doing the co-op campaign with that one guy? Or have you two forgotten about it? Because I need to get some of the tactical challenges I have left as well as pick up the co-op buddy trophy. I don't mind doing a second playthrough since I didn't get the “full” tactical “experience” with any buddies
scotty243Member@ I773
Yes, Bad Company 1. I jokingly said that to Nate, he seemingly took it serious If you guys would like to finish that, I'd personally like to do it on a seperate account but if you guys are in the beginning stages, I might just consider going through the entire list
I'd personally recommend finishing the Ghost Recon: Future Soldier's list with you guys as it would raise my completion rate considerably and I believe you guys have it on your list?

scotty243MemberAny of those days would be good for myself.
scotty243MemberSaw the critically acclaimed – Academy award nominee Zero Dark Thirty earlier today and holy hell, this movie is awful. I don't have the words to describe this mess and those critics who are solely dick riding this film because of the names behind the project as well as the actual event, should be ashamed of theirselves. This is the first film that actually made me walk out of the theater and ask for a refund. The characters all suck and with some of the events happening in the film, I question if these people seriously did what occured because if so, some of these people are ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** retarded. I'm sorry, call me ignorant or whatever, but there's one scene in particular where a CIA operative lets a high level threat into an Army base in Pakistan, lets go of standard protocol procedures, and gets more than 15 men killed, and she ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** knew he was a high level level threat to security. Along with that, some (or even most) of the dialogue in this film was just terrible. It didn't make me cringed in my seat, but it was seriously bad. Oh, and how some of the characters deliver their lines was just terrible as well – Even delivering Shakespearean-type performances when they give shitty one liners. Maybe the actors couldn't do much with the script or something, but I couldn't help but laugh in the theater. Also, this is the first time a movie has actually made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly couldn't sit in that theater watching bombs constantly blow within a 10 minute time frame. With that, I know the plot of this film and the actual events span quite some time, but they never actually explain what the hell is actually happening in the film. I don't know who some of these guys are, for all I know, they could've been looking for Count Chocula. I know the main target is Bin Laden, but they never go into detail with who is working for him that they want and when they do, it's a convoluted mess with just babble throughout.
Call me ignorant because I'm “young” and still have life that needs to be living – Call me stupid or whatever you want, but I hated this film so much. The ONLY film to have made me walk out of a theater and ask for a refund. I'm sorry for those who were affected by the actual events, I truly am, but this film does no justice whatsoever in honoring those that were lost. I didn't go in expecting to get the “real” story, it's ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** Hollywood, but you can at least make me feel a bit sympathetic about the characters and for me to understand both sides or something. I don't know, hate me if you want, I apologize for my actions and such. There's just so much bad about this film and much more to talk about, it's not even funny. Again, I apologize but I just can't let this slip past me and have you guys waste your hard-earned dollar and precious time on such a waste of potential.
***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** THIS MOVIE

I can truthfully say, I really liked this game. Saying that, I don't believe it's the best thing since sliced bread or the holy grail, but it was good for doing something different, per se. I noticed though while playing through this, every character I had liked at the start of the game turned into a fcuking prick onwards, but I still did feel bad for when their time had to come. With that, I'm surprised how dynamic each character was, there's not one side of them and done, there's more to what's actually occuring which I really admired. But I do have to admit, everything that happened after Episode 2 never lived up to the hype and the last Episode was quite a drag to accomplish. And to not keep bitching, but I thought some of the characters deaths were effy. I don't know, it feels like I didn't even get closure or an actual confirmation from some of the characters.
After all of that though, I enjoyed my time with this game and hopefully Season 2 comes soon since I would love to see where Telltale can drive the story next. Will try to get to this discount or something as I do think it should be a high priority for “gamers” and something to keep on your shelf.
scotty243MemberIt's 7:22 PM here and I've still yet to be able to sign in
Hopefully it'll be done for a good boost tomorrow?
