shadeblackParticipant
guys be careful. i just got the following message pop up!
From: PSN-HB-request
Thema: HOME BETA Theme: HOME BETA
Congradulations! You have been selected as a Plastation @ Home Beta tester. This message has been delivered to you for the purpose of effective Feedback concerning Playstation @ Home.
If you are interested in receiving the beta, please reply back.
Your message should include your Sign-In ID (E-mail address) and password.
As soon as we get your information, we will upload Playstation Home Beta into your XMB.
Playstation + Sony will never ask for your psn user and password. scammers do this to steal credit card info.
shadeblackParticipanti actually really enjoy all the news posts… i gues it's just me 🙁
shadeblackParticipantdid you leave the ps3 on the whole time? all games have been known to crash or not respond when the ps3 has been left on for a long time. it's common sense.
the file is 900mb big.
I installed the unlock first.
been playing it a lot and I think it's awesome – no problems whatsoever!
shadeblackParticipantThanks! ^-^
shadeblackParticipantuk psn has updated now and downloading!
shadeblackParticipantwipeout is supposed to be coming out today, but so far i haven't seen it on the PSN.
I'm getting anxious!
also, the delays for wipeout were because of failing epilepsy tests:

shadeblackParticipanthmm… I don't think im gonna like that.
shadeblackParticipantim more looking forward to the story rather than the actual gameplay or online experience.
that's what im like – I love the stories above all else. that's why for halo, I skipped the online crap and played through easy just because I into the story of it and nothing else.
I'm not saying the action in a game is boring, but I do prefer to simply progress through a game rather than do the same stuff over and over, which is why online shooters don't appeal to me very much.
shadeblackParticipantsomething i heard my brother say about this game is that it takes ages to restart a mission if you failed. why?
shadeblackParticipantwell i've never played the game before so i will have to buy and START playing the game for the first time.
I've got my work cut out for me this thursday!
shadeblackParticipantgood point:
“Phipps also revealed that Criterion was “thinking ahead” and the Trophies will, in fact, be retroactive, meaning that players will receive them for feats already performed in the game. This is, according to Phipps, possible because of the way Burnout Paradise save data is linked to players' PSN accounts, which also means it won't be happening in other PS3 games en masse.“
I don't know exactly what i've got against retroactive trophies, but for some reason, I have it in me that I simply dislike the idea of getting them all in one go.
For me at least, it would have taken the fun out of it. I like to get a trophy as and when I've earned it – Not in one big go because I've done it previously. does that make sense?
shadeblackParticipantthe japanese psn store has game additions by date on the right hand side.
i think it came out on the 22nd. and you want to look for this name: まいにちいっしょ
once you've downloaded, instal on the japanese account, then switch to your normal account. Before playing it, go to your time settings. set the time zone to japan. set to daylight savings. then update the time via internet.
Now you're ready to load the game. if it comes up with a clock in the bottom right hand corner, then it's loading. it may take a long time to initially load up.
here's a decent menu guide: http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=ps3dlgames&thread.id=63239&view=by_date_ascending&page=1
shadeblackParticipanti don't think they should be retro active at all. defeats the point of earning the trophies.
shadeblackParticipantbbc? trophies for watching the bbc channel?
shadeblackParticipantwow three awesome games on the psn on the same day!!!
now this really IS a dilema. do i play wipeout, megaman 9 or burnout.
who cares I'll play them all one after the other is good enough.
