This is probably a better place to talk about Deus Ex rather than filling up the 'What are you playing' thread…
So I'm halfway through the game, and after my little experience with the unconscious guards suddenly becoming dead guards I did a little googling & then read that there's a chance I won't get 'Foxiest of the Hounds' because I didn't sneak into the police station at the start, not a happy bunny
That got me thinking though, I mean surely the fact that I talked my way in & in turn there was NO alarms raised surely I should get it…? As much as I love this game, not getting those two trophies at the end is going to p!ss me right off

Cutting to the chase if you click on Ratchets it takes you his his personal youtube account, where amongst other pieces of useless information it says that he's 27 years old. I only mention this due to the fact that he claimed to be 12 years old on more than one occasion. I wonder if this is one of the reasons that admin stripped him of 3000+ post count.
Like I said I'm bored and thought this may be of interest to some of the older members on here. Think we may have been harbouring a Charlie Chester!!
That's weird, I was only thinking about him the other day & wondered why he wasn't around anymore, he was ALWAYS posting, so what happened to him?

The Crysis grind continues. Up to rank 37 now. It shouldn't be too much longer as I got 85,000 points today (Enough to go up two and a half ranks) and at that rate I should be Rank 50 in about a week. Then it's just the crappy six month wait for the 'Dedication' trophy. Honestly, what prat thought that would be a good idea?!
I also found time to finish off Kill Team and start the third Deathspank game. The humour still has me laughing out loud but the game seems a lot harder than I remember it's predecessors being. I dunno if I was just a bit slow today or if they're upping the difficulty to push the co-op.
Wow I'm impressed man, I gave up long ago, it was addictive online but I only had it rented out & gave up at 15 I think?
Oh & a question for anybody playing Deus Ex, I've just come across something which has me a tad worried, in the 2nd city hub I knocked out two guards & hid them in a vent, have gone back that way a while later during a mission & now they have the 'skull' symbol on them instead of the 'zZz'… I think I'm fcuked
On a related note, is anyone looking forward to the new Resi? It's so far removed from the old classics that it's lost the magic imo

Yep, only on loan it would appear. I think he'll be the only player we sign by the looks as we're not willing to play that extra £2/3m more to get a player like Maiga or P.Cisse.
Anyways I'm loving transfer deadline day! It's just mental!
That's not too bad then, you lot can give him some first team action & send him back to us a fully fledged goal machine

I got stuck on the side mission Cloak & Dagger,* Possible SPOILER when I located the weapon cache in the DRB hood I decided to go the opposite way of where I'd come in & ended up everywhere in that little section, trapped all the time, ended up on the roof by the helipad, bought the Icarus Aug & just jumped off, * now the main story mission wants me to go back up there!! LOL

Completely agree that rotating the player takes the piss. Tackling has been improved upon but still isn't as good as the tackling system on FIFA. I'll probably buy PES 12 later in the year after I've bashed FIFA 12 to fcuk!
Just doesn't feel as fluid as it should, then again I am a FIFA fanboy & only liked PES 6 whereas I've bought every FIFA for years except '11, don't know why, just never grabbed me, all geared up for '12 though

I took the stun-gun at the start, but I've mostly been using the stealth take-down… I've been able to get 1-on-1 with most of the enemies I've had to engage so far..Looking forward to getting at least one of those two golds on completion

Is that the guy at the end of the first mission? I let him get away but he let the hostage go, & now everyone thinks I'm a c*nt but they don't see the bigger picture, he's going to lead me to the others… I hope
I took the tranq rifle but didn't use it at all, just snook past everyone & found a stun gun in a garage in the Detroit City hub. I'm just having fun running around that section breaking into people's apartments but people keep asking me to do sh!t, I'm like 'mate I'm busy here!!'

That'd be my understanding too but it's better to find out now & not at the ending cinematic when it doesn't pop, God knows that's a heart breaker which Alpha Protocol did to me at least 5 times all for the 'Judge, Jury & Executioner' trophy
Then again it was total elation when I finally got it Depends how far you're into the story, I'm only halfway through the first mission & I have a feeling that I'm just gonna go “Fcuk it” & start slaughtering people soon, sneaking through takes ages!! Although I'd rather get 'Pacifist' & 'Foxiest of the Hounds' out of the way now on my normal playthrough, then on hard I can just go totally gung-ho
