MemberOh here's another one:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/soccer
If the dictionary says it, it must be true 🙂

MemberWe call it Soccer in Canada as well.
We have the CFL (Canadian Football League) GO LIONS! and also have Soccer team: Go WHITECAPS!
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_does_only_America_call_football_soccer
If i had to give an answer to you iidinskster its because our style of Football is more popular over here.
Do you have anyone over there in Europe that plays American Football? What do they call it? Grid Iron football or American rules football? maybe even 'throw and kick' ball? just wondering.

Memberhey ratchet, does using the Gamestop/ebgames code for the extra power affect getting the trophies for Evil to the core or True Hero?

MemberI usually have so many that I have to go through my list once every few weeks and delete people.
I like having lots of people on my lists so that my Top times in Burnout and now Shatter come up on their screens.
The more competition the better.
It is annoying getting friend requests just so people can look at my trophies though. If you want to request a friend you have to at least put in why you want to add me.
Thx.

Id rather play a sport than watch it. Also, american football is not harder than either rugby or football.
If by Harder you mean ROUGHER I agree.
More skill is required to play Football Though (more plays, things to memorize, strength needed, speed needed, ect…). Also there are more high quality athletes playing Footballl than Rugby.
ps. I talking about the throwing type of Football, To avoid confusion you should just call it soccer.

MemberLots of people die from overheating. Its called “heat exhaustion” look it up.
As for the topic…
Some sports are fun to watch, and others are fun to play.
I love watching Hockey more than playing it.
I love playing Baseball more than watching it.
Rugby, Soccer and Football all bore me to death. I may watch the Superbowl but usually start watching at the halftime show. I've also watched a little soccer when TSN shows highlights of world/euro cup.

MemberIt's better than spending your money on drugs. 🙂
You could say the same thing about games in general. At the end of the day why spend your time in video game land? I find playing games fun. I find collecting trophies fun. If people want to buy crappy games for trophies whats the big deal?
Maybe your friends are broke…idk. But if you have the money to burn and there are games with easy trophies. Why not.
oh ya. I loved Prince of Persia. Interesting graphic style and I liked the boss fights. They had a collection element in it with the orbs and a hot princess that follows you around.
oh and Burnout came out with some great addon's for free! I loved that game and wanted to support them adding content so I bought some of the addons. I only regret the party pack add-on because I thought it was online party but it was only for a local party.

MemberI still have my original from the first week it was released. Works great.
Technically it might be my 3rd one. I bought one from London Drugs and 2 more from Rogers Plus and resold them for $1000 and $700. Not sure which one I ended up keeping.
Thank you Craiglist.
ps. I went in to rent a game at Rogers and they ended up having 7 systems for sale. I had to shake my head a few times to make sure I wasn't dreaming.
I never waited in one damn lineup either..thank god.

Memberahhhh follow the green arrows. 🙂 gotcha.
I got this one by 'boosting' with a friend to get the medals and ribbons. We were booted from about 5 games or so. I couldn't imagine the amount of playing you would have to do without boosting.
caution: I got sick of the game after getting this trophy and traded the game in. Didn't even bother getting platinum.
This one will get harder with the less people that play. So get this asap.

I’ve got a question for you thickbrow, most of the games mentioned in this thread i will be getting the difference is though because my uncle owns 3 and soon to be 4 EB Games stores i will get most of them for free from him. In your opinion does this make me a theif?
my answer to you: NO
Thief: a criminal who takes property belonging to someone else with the intention of keeping it or selling it
or: A person who steals, esp. secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny.
I like you man, but thats a dumb question…
Gamsharing = stealing
My best word of advice to all those reading this is to not spend what you don't have. This is a guaranteed way to not get into debt.
