you may be suprised when i tell you that my name is ……. Ben
Really? And here I was thinking that was your last name this whole time. I thought your first name was Gamer. I'm really disappointed with myself now.

uncharted 2 beta
not sure where in the canada, but i know it exists
I know that's happening at the EB Games here along with the code for the exclusive power. I already have the beta though because I subscribe to Qore. =)
tridonMemberObviously, GoWIII will receive the best scores. I guarantee the lowest score you'll see for it will be a 9.5/10. Uncharted 2 will also score high will anywhere between a 9.4 and a 9.7/10. inFAMOUS will be the weakest of the bunch. I'm getting GoWIII and U2 for sure. I'm still waiting for a demo for iF but there's an excellent chance I'll be getting that, too.

Just read through the review and it seems to live up to the hype, definitely a must buy!
No kidding, eh (Yes, parnakas, CANADIAN)? And it apparently takes 25 hours to complete both karma modes and then can go anywhere from 30-40 hours to complete everything. That's pretty impressive.

Well strangely enough my name is Mitch short for Mitchell but people only call me that when i’ve been bad which is most of the time lol.
Mitch is a good name but it is a lot more threatening when you spell with four i's. MIIIITCH!
See that? It scared me so much it made me cry!

It's a miracle eh?
CANADIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
I told you, parnakas! The “eh” is everywhere! Maybe you were just supposed to be an American and you were born on the wrong side of the border.
tridonMemberWell, the reviews just went up at IGN and damn, they're pretty impressive. They went down like this:
USA – 9.2/10
UK – 9.0/10
AUS – 8.6/10
So yeah, even an 8.6 is pretty darn good so this is looking more and more like a must-buy. I love super-hero games but I'm usually not a big fan of open-world sandbox-type games so I was on the fence with this one for a long time. I just hope Sony releases a demo prior to the game release so I can make a decision for sure and pre-order it somewhere.

My name's Ken but you'll have to refer to me as Mr. Ken because it makes me feel special inside.
@ l8scent
Oh, is someone trying to keep her secret identity… uh… secret?
Mr. Ken:
Of course I'm trying to keep my secret identity secret! If i didn't keep it a secret then it could no longer be my secret identity! Where's the fun in that?
Then again I could just tell you all my name but then I'd have to kill you… using the supreme powers of the interweb! Muahaha.
P.S. I think that emoticon is my favourite^^
That is pretty cool emoticon. However, it does kinda look constipated. Basically, with the emoticon, this is what you're telling me: “Don't try to figure out my secret identity… you're making me constipated… you wouldn't like me when I'm constipated.” Well, too bad, l8scent! I still like you when you're constipated!
Okay, okay… so since I don't want you to use your 'supreme powers' on me (shameless plug here… “Supreme Power” is an amazing comic book and highly recommend it!), allow me to ask this: What does you alias, l8scent, mean? Where does it come from? Don't make !

Oh yes, I was wondering what your 'dancing smiley' avatar reminded me of. It reminds me of the Godfather of Soul!

tridonMemberHey, how's it going? So you've taken on an Arabian gangster before? That's so bad ass! That alone should make anyone want to be your friend. I can't say I've ever had something so crazy like that happen to me before. Well, once I fought a mad horse with a shovel that I usually used to clean its poop. You can add me!

I got 5 games with my system. Excluding those, the first games I bought for my PS3 were:
1. Conflict: Denied Ops (I played the demo when I first got my PS3 and loved it… mediocore graphics and all, it's so much fun lol)
2. Rock Band
3. NBA Street: Home Court
Which 5 games did you buy with your system?
tridonMemberHmm… my first 3 games on the PS3, eh? I believe that would've been “Ridge Racer 7”, “Marvel Ultimate Alliance” and “Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare”.
And while I'm at it, I still remember my first 3 games for the PS2: “Tekken Tag Tournament”, “Ridge Racer 5” and “Red Faction”… or was it “Draken: The Ancients' Gates” (a game that definitely deserves a PS3 sequel)?
tridonMember1) Metal Gear Solid 4 (best game ever)
2) LittleBigPlanet
3) Burnout Paradise
4) Call of Duty: World at War
5) Rock Band 2
I thought Mirror's Edge was good but it was WAY too frusterating at times.

Uncarted 2 (even though its 3rd person shooter, shame)
wtf? how is a 3rd person shooter a shame? is it because they are a nice break from the ridiculously over-populated FPS genre?
If Uncharted was a FPS, it would suck. BTW, 3rd person shooters are usually better than FPS.
Everybody has their own different preferences. I think that it's fine that Ps3 Freak wishes Uncharted was a first-person shooter. I'm personally glad it isn't but that's just me. I think Uncharted works amazingly perfect as a 3rd person game. However, there is times when I do wish a 3rd person was a first-person. For example, I LOVE, with all my heart, the first two Red Faction games. However, I think the new 3rd person Red Faction is plain-Jane and boring. That game worked so much better as first-person. Different games should stay with different gameplay styles. Can really imagine a first-person MGS? I can't. Can you imagine a 3rd person Killzone. I can't. I mean, Killzone Liberation on the PSP was a lot of fun but not once while playing it did it really feel like a Killzone game. Know what I mean?
