Ha… no, no dressing up as Wolverine. I'll probably wear a Wolverine shirt, though. I remember when the first X-Men flick came out, I grew out huge chops and styled my hair like Logan. It was pretty funny. I'm a massive Wolverine fan so this movie is a big deal for me, especially since Kevin Durand, an actor from my hometown of Thunder Bay, is playing the Blob in it. It's going to be great!

Nothing impresses the girls as much as a Ghostbusters wallet!!!
It's not the wallet that impresses the girls, it's the cash in the wallet. So, as you can imagine, a Ghostbusters wallet with zero dollars in it is essentially a female repellant (which isn't all that bad at times).

And thanks for that link, Shade. I'll be checking that out as well.

As for the t-shirt, I'm not a personal fan of white shirts. HOWEVER, if I did want a t-shirt with my copy of Ghostbusters, I'd probably get my game from EB Games:
http://www.ebgames.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?Product%5FID=73004
Now THAT is a cool shirt.
Oh, and while you're on that site, check out the Ghostbusters wallet. If I knew it had enough slots for my ridiculous amount of credit cards, I'd buy it in a second.
tridonMemberYeah, I followed the directions to a “T” and no luck… unless…
– For step (3), what kind of single player game did you play? Also, after the game, did you watch the entire credits before going back to the main menu?
– For step (4), to quit the game, did you tap the PS symbol and quit off the XMB or did you hold the button and quit the game off of the straight black page?
– Before step (7), did you watch the opening video of the game before accepting the terms and conditions?
If I can figure how you played every exact detail, maybe it'll work. I'd really love to complete this game using your method, especially considering how since I erased my Game data, I'd have to play all the way through again to get back to where I was before. Thanks for the help and thanks for the add on the PSN, l8scent!
April 29, 2009 at 3:42 pm in reply to: What’s the point of making the North American and Europeon PSN stores so different? #24097tridonMemberMy main anger issue is that the Canadian store (I call it a Canadian store because the US has movies and TV to download; we don't) never receives any PS1 classics. Europe receives a PS1 game almost every week. It's stupid. Do you know how much I'd love to turn on my PS3 and just go nuts on games like Resident Evil 2, FFVII or Spider-Man (Neversoft)? It'd be amazing. I'd also love to see Konami do a port of the Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes that only appeared on the Gamecube (even though I'm probably dreaming with that one).
And parnakas, I'm totally with you… Canada FTW!
tridonMemberI'm getting in on the conversation late…
I worked at Future Shop for four years as merchandiser and “head” of the warehouse. It was my duty to ship out defective items twice a week to our main office in Toronto. On a weekly basis, I would ship out 12 Xbox 360's (that's two per truck load). Since the PS3 and Wii launched, I sent back only six PS3's and two Wii's. Of course, I left Future Shop in the summer of 2008 so that total may've changed by now but still, when you look at it, that's a MASSIVE percentage difference between defective 360's and PS3's (I'd say at least 75% of the 360's that went back were from the RROD or heating problems). The day Sony pisses me off enough to get rid of my PS3 is the day I quit gaming. I would NEVER buy a Xbox 360. My friend has fixed his four times and hasn't had to do a thing to his PS3 since he bought it. The evidence is everywhere to which system is more reliable.
tridonMemberI haven't been able to try my PS3 yet today because I'm at work right now but I'll give it a shot when I get home later for sure. I know that I have had a problem with the server before. It happens once in a blue moon at the strangest times. Usually I can still get into Account Management and the PS Store but my system refuses to show me my trophies or friends online. I hope it's okay because I was looking forward to some gaming when I get home.
tridonMemberNo dice.
I just screwed around with this game for almost two hours. I followed the steps three times over again and nothing happened. I guess you were just a lucky fellow with a special game. Oh, well. I'm done with BUZZ. No way I'm playing all the way up again to try to reach the “Play 50 times” trophies.
Thanks for trying to help, though! Much obliged!
tridonMemberWow, if this is true for all games and not just your copy, I'm definitely trying this when I get home today from work. I've been playing a lot of the types of games just to win trophies and get it over with and it's been taking me forever. I love playing this game with family and friends but it does get boring quickly when you're playing by yourself. If I can blow through all those single player ones quickly, I'll be one happy camper. Thanks for the tip and if you want, add me and we can play together some time:

tridonMemberThanks again for the help, Shade. I was able to complete the two remaining trophies and now I've received 100% in the game. That was one great game. Add me and we'll play some time. User name = Tridon
=)
tridonMemberHey, ShadeBlack. I just wanted to thank you again. I was able to complete the blue flower level and find all the hidden flowers and ponds. I'm now on the purple flower. I found two of the hidden flowers and received the Pure trophy. The only hidden flower I need to find is the one that you say is on the right side of the maze-like area. I went through the whole maze area on the right side and checked behind me every minute or two and I never saw the third hidden flower. Am I doing that correctly? If I find that flower, I'll receive the Dream trophy so I'm hoping I can find it soon. After that, all I'll need is the Nature trophy which will be easy to achieve after a while. If you can help me anymore with this matter, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

if i remember the roll of hay is quite hard to find as it is a little far out.
doesn't help that it's really dark as well… if you're REALLY having trouble with it, turn the brightness up untill you see it. then turn it back down when you're finished.
I would've actually done videos on where to get everything and how to do the pure trphy, but my brother has the camcorder and he's at uni, so i can't!
Oh, good thinking. Thanks for the help with that. I may actually keep the brightness up for the whole level to help me find the ponds and the flower in the maze, too. Thanks again!
tridonMemberI'm stuck on the blue flower. I've gone through the game and now I'm going back to try and find all the secret flowers. I found the one secret flower in the blue flower level where you bring the broken cartwheel back to life. I can not find the roll of hay nor can I find the ponds to fly over. Any help with this would be great. Thanks!
