by the way, i thought this was neat.. if you have a finished drake's fortune save game on your system you get an additional 100K in the store.. kinda cool, and i havent read it anywhere before now..

Memberheh, you and me both.. i could've been a rich man.. haha..
one thing that has always bothered me about games with zombies is that they rarely ever make the zombies traditional.. non of this thinking running zombies with guns crap.. i do see that you have some variety in your enemy outlines, and that is purely you're own decision of course.. i just think that the world needs a “realistic” zombie survival game to remind them that zombies were damn creepy and scary BEFORE the coming of the new zombie trends..
for some ideas i would suggest reading the zombie survival guide by Max Brooks if you havent already.. it would definitely give you some insight into the way of the zombie as he has written it about tarditional zombies and what to do to survive..

no… i would keep it just as i have kept EVERY OTHER GAME I HAVE EVER OWNED.
$3000 is gone in no time – but this thing wouldn't ever be made again.
you say we don't know the value of a dollar? maybe YOU don't. $3000 isn't exactly life changing money.
it can be.. $3000 in my hand right now would put me in a much better position than i'm in as far as bills and stuff goes..

Are you serious!?! You came up with the idea for GTA?!
lol no, i said i came up with an idea in 1995 for a game that was very similar to gta.. and had DMA heard anything about the idea they would have had to pay me because i would have most definitely sued.. lol
it happens all the time, the amount of original ideas in the world is surprisingly small

Memberthis is all well and good but unless you start your own game company and produce it yourself its pretty much as far as its going to go once the flash one is done.. most (i say most to be safe) game companies will not even accept pitches for games that come from non hired personnel simply due to liability and royalty reasons, they will send you a non disclosure form if you send them an idea.. this pretty much will state that the company agrees not to share your idea with anyone else. And As a part of giving the company your idea you agree that you will not sue them if any of their products are ever similar to your given idea ..this is not guaranteed of course, but it takes a lot to get noticed and for them to come to you, which is usually how it has to happen
back in 1994-95 my cousin and i sat down and wrote out a quite lengthy outline and detail list for a game idea that we had, complete with sketches and everything, and we did try and contact gaming companies to pitch it.. we pretty much got the same reply every time from the written letters we were sending (email wasnt so mainstream and available back when i was a youngin)… their replies were mostly about how they cannot accept game ideas and not to send the paperwork to them..
believe it or not years later, pretty much the exact game came out.. there were a few differences, it was in sort of a top down 2d, and you couldnt customize your cars like we wanted.. but it was definitely 90% of what we had planned, and we had sent a letter to a company, and they rejected our offer to send the idea.. that company DMA.. the game: Grand theft auto..
wtf right?! and had the companies actually agreed to read the idea and pitch, they would have had to pay royalties on that regardless of whether or not they used the idea or got it from someone else down the road.. we would have had proof that they accepted OUR idea and then the game came out..
i'm sorry to be a downer, but they hire people to make ideas, or seek out fresh ideas themselves.. but for some positive advice.. i'd go flash and make it damn good.. get it on a well known site like newgrounds and pay what they will take to have it on banners and stuff to get some buzz about it.. then hope for the best.. look at what happened to Thatgame company and flOw, and Behemouth and Alien Hominid and Castle crashers (#1 selling game on XBLA still, i think)
sorry for writing a book here.. lol..
good luck

Memberyeah, actually a few years ago i ran into a friend that i hadent seen since the year i was in kindergarten, so about 1986 or so.. his family moved away at the end of the year and i never saw him again.. then one day i was working as a butcher in a grocery store and they got some new guy cashier to come back and help unload a delivery truck.. this guy looked really familliar somehow but i didnt know why.. then one night a few weeks later it dawned on me.. i asked him and it was indeed the same guy.. we've been friends ever since..
creazy stuff.. thats like 20 years.. lol

call of duty world at war is an easy platinum
What about veteran difficulty?
Just takes a hell of a lot of patience…
i would definitely NOT call this an “easy platinum”.. you need the patience of a friggin saint to get through the Vet levels, and not to mention the wonkey aiming when you gotta get all the zeroes..

Memberthere are advanced creatures starting on the second or third layer of each “campaign”.. as for the fashion trophy, well i imagine you can get it on any level, and the boosting doesnt really matter because the things that make you grow decorative appendages are immediately effective.. it will just take a bit of mucking about to get them in the right order.. just keep in mind that the decorative foods (single blob with 3 wavy arms, can be red or blue) affect the last segment of your body that is lit up, so you have to make sure to skip every second one….
oh yeah, for the giant one, you're better off NOT getting the decorative food because they tend to make your segments use up more food if they get too big.. you're going for length not aesthetic value on this one
