I played this game on PC a few months ago, and absolutely loved it. The graphics are excellent, even on medium PC graphics settings. The gameplay was great, and the story was also pretty damm good. I'd definately recommend getting the game.

XeroTheGreatMemberOn the subject of the trophy guide thing, i think it'd look better if the tropy guides were neatly sorted under subheadings, maybe like put all guides beginning with A in the 'A' section etc. The guide page is good, i just think it lacks proper organisation. My opinion anyway.
XeroTheGreatMemberAs long as this year goes relatively smoothly, i'll be happy. I would like to get better at the guitar though, maybe start doing some regular exercise to keep my fitness and concentrate more at schoolwork, which is one of my downfalls.

Seconded.
Gimme Sympathy by Metric. The singer has an amazing voice.
XeroTheGreatMemberNothing much, just a laptop and money, for all the games coming out early 2011.
XeroTheGreatMemberChristmas Lights by Coldplay. Brilliant song.
XeroTheGreatMemberMy opinion in a nutshell: Bad.
Pros:
– Guns feel nice and responsive, and more badass.
– Story sounds promising (I've yet to complete it)
– Graphics are good.
Cons:
– TERRIBLE (and worse) servers. Seriously pathetic, and there is no excuse for it – MW2 servers were fine.
– Invite system like WaW: Completely f**ked up. I can't connect to anyone of my friends, but for some reason i can connect to people the other side of the world. MW2 had this problem sorted out after WaW, but what a guess, Treyarch took a f**king step back again.
– Lack of wow factor. Yes the game is OK, but where the hell is that bit that makes you go 'Wow'?
– General gameplay still feels the same.

As for albums of the year, only a handful have stood out for me:
LOVE by Angels & Airwaves (If you haven't heard it, GET IT! It's free from their website)
Sigh No More by Mumford & Sons
Invented by Jimmy Eat World

whats wrong with the invite system like? ive never had a problem joining anyone yet, as for them joining me!
also, ive only came across a long period of lag once, and that was yesterday. had a few connection interrupteds tho, but host migration sorts it out.
overall its been impressive even for how good i'd thought it'd be, campaign (so far), zombies and MP all to a great standard.
It's all wrong. I can't connect to anyone, it just tries to connect for about 30 secs then says 'This Game Session is no longer available'. I had this problem on WaW aswell, but i didn't once have it on MW2. Trust treyarch not to sort their servers out… And congrats with the host migration lol, it never when it happens to me…
The game is decent enough though. Not breathtaking, just decent…
@Ratchet. The PC versions of CoD always had player-created and player-hosted servers, which was why most games were noscoping, snipers only etc. It was one of the biggest complaints about WaW PC version.
XeroTheGreatMemberThey have dedicated servers, and always have had with all console based CODs (4, WaW and MW2). It's the PC versions that have never had dedicated servers until BO.
XeroTheGreatMemberMeh, the game seems OK. I was a tad dissapointed, but that was probably just because it was hyped so much. I'm getting into it now, so it should turn out good. Although, the servers are dreadful. I mean seriously dreadful. Every other game has at least some degree of lag at one point, and that's when i do connect to a decent game. And just like WaW, i can't connect to any of my friends.

Great… I'm thinking it's gonna be up, the 'scaff', for some time
I doubt the work will be finished before winter and Christmas set in… Time to get a 50mtr Ethernet cable, lol
You could try changing the channel your wireless internet broadcasts on. just go to the router's control panel. Multiple devices on the same channel can interfere with each other.
XeroTheGreatMemberYes, the game is very glitchy, but i wouldn't say it's a major letdown. The story in F3 wasn't exactly epic compared to other games, but i still think it was enjoyable. It's the same with NV. I think it's gameplay makes up for it's story (even though I haven't yet completed it). The exploring and the RPG side, and the scavenging is what I personally think makes Fallout. Yes, the game engine sucks, but who cares. Just keep autosave on, and the game is fun. I'll admit the bugginess is annoying, but i think you're knocking it just a tad too much. Give it a month, and hopefully the glitchiness will be fixed.
