I just tried out CD's and they work fine, and all the either MP3 or WMA format, it seemed to start doing it around the time I installed v2.76 before that it was fine…I'm at a loss now

Thanks a lot guys! I think I read Fawkes was a girl in a game guide on Gamefaqs that I was using to find the Super Mutant locations for my playthrough.

No its not downloaded, its been ripped off of the original CD, I'm sure its the playstations fault because my mp3 player can play it just fine…quite a few songs do it actually. Also I'm talking about playing music off the hardrive not CD's.

Im thinking of picking up R&C ACIT and making that my first plat of 2010 either that or I'm gonna pick up COD Classic while its cheaper for the holiday bargains on PS store.

You know what, after playing The Saboteur I really think it would be good to see AC3 set in Paris, the verticallity in it would work really well and with a better story, graphics and climbing mechanics it would be awesome.
