its not dlc, lol. its a premium feature that gets taken away if you dont pay.. duh

on the 360 theres certain gametypes that u cant use chat with for that very same reason. so theyve already taken care of that.

nah.. not thru a premium servie.. then everybody wouldnt have it.. itd have to be a system update, think about it.
