hmm interesting..looks like the game is a bit like World at War but i might give it a try.Trophies looks easy to get too.
This game is the spirtual successor to Battlefield 1942 on the PC. That game had the most fun online multi-player I have ever played so this is definitely a day 1 purchase for me. Can’t wait!

The only actual similarities are the locations and weapons. I guess nowadays, any shooter with GUNS will inevitably be compared to a Call of Duty title :/
The trophies here look surprisingly easy/quick to get. A gold trophy for winning 3 games? Are you joking? I really really really hope the short lifespan of these trophies doesn’t reflect on the longevity of this game.
no the gold trophy i don’t think its for winning on 3 maps i think its 4 because theres this challenge to get 1000000 kills overall to unlock a fourth map, anyway i really like the look of this

That’s a community challenge, so it’s all players kills worldwide that count up towards the 43,000,000 needed to unlock the Coral Sea map.

ask a stupid question etc but how do i use my mic on this game? i can hear someone else through the mic but me nor my m8 can talk, do i need to hold a certain button?
For anyone actually owning this game , advice for someone thinking of buying it ? An awsner by tommorow would be great for thats when i get my new PSN card , ive heard its hard to connect to EA SERVERS :S The trophies look really easy and fun to achieve aswell . My friend told me that when you are attempting to achieve all of the 43,000,000 kills for the 4th map, when you are in a match, all your team mates points are put on top of yours, so your points go up quicker. Is this true? Or do you have to gain your kills like the Call of Duty franchise?

Actually, you only have to win a game, with either faction (not both), on each of the 3 maps. So, you can get the gold trophy in only 3 games.
I played a game where i met up with a friend beforehand and entered the game together.
Unfortunately it did not give us any trophies :(.
After a few matches I entered a game by myself and was able to achieve the trophies.
Kinda lame.

If you want to talk in the game, you have to be in a squad, & I believe you can only talk to the people in your squad. I am at 71&!
Does anyone know if there are any chances of more Dlc or weapon addons ? I would love to see more classes and trophies ,the game is too addicting and large to just have 12 trophies .
just tour of duty 2 now but thatll be saved until i get big baller on COD so hard

Well all I have left is tour of duty 2. I don’t feel like playing another 70 matches though. What a dumb trophy. I wish they wouldn’t throw it in games so often.

The trophies are too easy to get. I played for about 4 hours and got every trophy but the “Tour of Duty II” one.

Ive downloaded this game the other day hoping for an old style warhawk type game. its a good game but i prefer warhawk by miles… ive got all trophies except tour of duty 1 & 2. good fun but they should really add more weapon classes and maps. it gets repetitive after a while. still i dont want to put a bad vibe on this game as it is pretty good. planes are a lil difficult to get kills with too, anyone else struggle with plane controls?

yeah i struggle a bit, but there’s a tutorial you can take to practice. I only tried flying 1 time because i downloaded the trial. =( The flying controls are kinda twisted i just have to inform people about.
I need to get Best Squad any good tips on getting it? I need 4-5 PROs to game with in battlefield 1943 (LBP too if u feel like it) so My PSN is: Leiran3 add me i play almost Everyday! And am pretty good. Remember: Leiran3 when u send friend request write battlefield 1943

ive been thinking of getting this game. it looks like a good game and is really cheap. there isnt many trophies but i guess thats what u get for 10 dollars.
the hardest one looks like tour of duty 2. well it isnt hard but time consuming.

in the worst case you can allways go hide in a corner and let the match complete itself, just make sure you switch off energysaving mode and tap a button from time to time.
