Do you have to get gold on all the challenges to get Perfect Knight? I am having A LOT of difficulty even getting the bronzes. Does anyone know all the moves included in the all move combo trophy? Was wondering if the R2-triangle take down was in it. Just beat the game and getting all Riddler trophies now. It was a very neat game and I enjoyed it.
Thanks a lot Elliot! It was the last thing I forgot too!!
@morris
go to the intensive treatment building and go down into the elevator shaft. one elevator will be smashed at the the bottom the other should be an open hole.
@ DeadFish (and others having trouble with the challenges)
Yes, you do have to get a gold on all challenges. The predator ones are fairly easy once you learn where to do each type of takedown, but the combat ones take more practice. You should try to get as many types of moves in a single combo as possible to get up to an extra 5,000 points per round if you get all 9 (also for the Freeflow Perfection trophy). The moves include:
Standard attack (square)
Jump over someone (x)
Cape stun (circle)
Counter (triangle)
Combo grab (square and x)
Combo takedown (triangle and circle)
Batarang (L1)
Bat Claw (R2)
Ground Takedown (R2 and triangle)
Try to get as many of these in one chain as possible. Another tip is to try and do ground takedowns when you have a high combo meter, since you get extra points when you successfully pull one off (100xcurrent combo). Hope this helps
im 59 percent thru the trophies i can c the rest of the trophies bein a real pain but im pretty sure i will platinum this sometime hopefully soon 🙂
@midgetman74
Thank you very much, i didn’t even think about the batclaw. Highest moves I’ve got in one combo was 7 so far.
Hi, does anyone know how to get the last spirit of arkham thing
@d4h8a15r16m23a42
wheres the last arkham tablet?
Jack^^^^^
Its in the place where you get the decoder, that thing what you can use to hack the energy ports. In the penetary or something!! On the floor it says batman over and over
its in penitentary in the room where you left quincy sharp. on the floor of the raised platform it says batman over and over in a circle. thats it.
to be exact its in the security control room of the penitentary
PLATINUM!!!!!!!
These trophies look tough 🙁
But they arent.
Got my first platinum on this game:D:D
could anyone help me out and email me there 100% save file to [email protected] thank you
@Don Corleone
how did you do the freeflow and predator combat trophies?
got the Platinum
lol mine was 33 combo + all combo attacks
its nin were u left warden to be safe. in the erea were all the psychos is
its so freaking hard to do a 40 combo. i always end up getting 38. reasons are either im getting hit by a henchman or else i run out of henchmens
That last Chronicle is driving me crazy. I just can’t find it. I got 240/240 Riddler Trophies but I still need that last chronicle. I looked all over the Penitentiary… cannot hear anything of the mentioned “over here” nor I haven’t read any “over here” on the ground. I’ve been in detective mode the whole penitentiary and didn’t notice anything out of ordinary!
Could someone kindly enlightened me please?
Ok, nevermind… I finally found it. I needed an other coffee to awake myself! Great game overall… Now, gotta finish the other trophies!
For that Combo 40, any advice to point out the best spot to do it? Would easy mode actually be better or not?
Finally finished all those damn freeflow challenges.
Shock and Awe extreme was the hardest one by far. I didnt really have trouble getting the point requirement as i could almost always have over 30k points by the end of round 3,but for some reasong I could never kill all the guys in round 4 by the time the timer ran out,even just focusing on killing seeing as how i already had the points needed. I finally got lucky today and killed all the guys right as my screen went black to game over.Talk about close^^
Anyone still strugling with the freeflow chllenges,just keep at it and eventually you will beat them as your fingers will be programmed with the moves and the timing lol.
@jack
yes i do go to my youtube and you can see kampemason/youtube.com there will be a batman video and click it
@jack
sorry 9i mean SkoogGaming/youtube.com
If anyone is having a hard time with 3 chattering teeth in the mansion take a look on the second floor of the warden’s office. There is no reason to go up there during the story mode and its kinda hard to find a spot to hook up there but you will find it.
I was only able to find it after turning the volume up high and i heard a faint sound above me when i was in the hallway below.
The other part i was having a problem with was in the botanical gardens. In the room to the upper left where you can’t grapple on to shit and there are lots of riddles to find/solve.
Here is the tip: Shoot the Straight line grapple thing to the top left corner from the platform where you enter the room in the top right corner. Then wall shimmy around to the waterfall part. then jump straight across. This is where i got stuck! Now walk to the south on this beam and cut the rope just above you with your battarang! This will release a platform that you can walk on to find the other junk.
At Pressure Control Junction, the Titan fight with unending waves of henchmens… how the hell can anyone beat it on hard mode??? I keep focusing on the Titan, even got it killed by FFS, henchies keep coming! How the hell can you actually beat it??? I try to hit one, then the other hit me and on and on… losing many health on the process and die. That counter doesn’t always seem to work and keep getting hit. This is VERY frustrating.
Anyone got any tips on how to beat that and heck, how to keep combo chaining up?
Also, why oh why can’t the health regen when you beat the frickin’ Titan?!? Man I’m pissed at this… “try not getting hit” yeahhhhhhhh right! With all those button mashing…
I find this game hard mode much harder than Resident Evil 5 Professional Mode… and Boss battles are a bit lame IMO, big thing to beat and dodge the henchies… wow! Except for Ivy, it’s a TAD different.
I give this game overall a 4/5. It’s not perfect, but its good and fun. Voice acting is amazing, story interesting, gameplay fun! (300 style), great graphics-music-sound. But my cons really go to the boss battles which I despise ALOT. Also, I can’t see what replay value it can give you once you completed it 100% which I might aim to since challenge mode are waves of henchies… the game gets boring after a while. If your a trophy whore, you might consider this game but your warned for the hard mode! Unless somebody makes a Game Guide up here, give all the tips for story mode, hard difficulty, challenge mode, etc.
I haven’t found this game too hard, and I’m not the best gamer around, if truth be told. Pretty much every challenge in this game can be beat on hard if you give it enough tries. For my 40+ hit combo, I did mine when the Joker’s henchmen are looking through the papers in the mansion. There’s a spot, I believe it’s the first room you enter with all the gargoyles, where there’s 10 enemies, all unarmed. Since they don’t even have knives or pipes, they can’t block any incoming attacks, so I just pinballed back and forth between them all.
As for the Titans in the pressure junction on hard, that was giving me some trouble too. All I can say is use that ultra batclaw when you can, as it grabs three of the henchmen at a time. Don’t only focus on the Titan, or you’ll be left with swarms of enemies at the end. That was what I did the first time I beat the Titan, and got crushed by the waves of bad guys. Oh, and remember that the “evade” is your friend. It’s better to evade your way out of a swarm rather than get one or two punches in before you’re attacked on all sides.
This question is for anyone who has got platinum, how do i catch the batarang? :S
You use the remote batarang, throw it and turn around 180° and aim it at Batman and he’ll catch it.
the last spirit of arkham is where you got the disruptor device from the guy the last spirit is on the floor with weird writing
only has the combat challenges left
@Declan
Thanks for the info Declan. Much appreciated… although, I just beat the game yesterday on Hard Mode, FINALLY! I’m not the best gamer around too Declan, usually, I’m not really good at these kind of games since FPS and RTS are more my bag but I wanted to do it completely, sorta like Resident Evil 5… my first Platinum and boy I was happy! It does gives you some satisfaction ehhe. The best advice I can give anyone having a real hard time doing the hard mode is when your stucked or can’t beat a boss, take a deserved break… heck, watch a Batman movie! I did… then came back later when my wrist and thumb was feeling better… lol, all those button mashing really gets to you! But that said, take your time and Hard Mode can be beat! Again, I’d say the hardest spot for hard mode is where I really had trouble… at Pressure Junction Control. Ivy fight was harsh too but much lesser than PJC.
I do have a few more trophies to gain if I seek the Platinum however, I don’t like much the challenge mode. Anyways, I gotta take a quicky break from Batman for now, and maybe I’ll finish it someday… I hope new DLC contents would be added!
Before going, could anyone give some info on how to do that Perfect Freeflow Combo? It says using all of Batman’s moves but I must’ve been doing something wrong since I tried doing many combination of moves… or does it have to be done in one chain? And what’s the best spot to do it? And what gadgets needed beside the Batarang? Thanks for the tips guys!
@LIKEUCARE
The Perfect Freeflow combo has to be done in one chain. All the combat moves (Strike, Evade, Counter, Throw, Takedown, Batarang, Batclaw, Stun, Ground Takedown)
I’m thinking the first Intensive Treatment combat challenge would be a good place to do it but I haven’t done it yet.
DLC is coming in the next couple weeks the first set will contain Dem Bones and Crime alley challenge maps for those who didn’t pre-order or get the collectors. They haven’t announced what is coming in the second set.
Will all DLC be free?
The two sets of DlC coming are free they haven’t said if there is going to be anymore so no price has been revealed.
how do you do the silent predator trophy? i tried like six times using silent takedowns on all the henchmen. can someone please help me?
You have to take out all the henchmen with Silent Takedown and never be seen once.
LOVED THE GAME. I JUST DON’T SEE WHERE THE REPLAY VALUE IS.
You need to scan all of the arkham things and then then retrace your steps back to where you last saw the Warden.
Thanks for the tips buddy… I’ll try it out eventually when I’ll feel the Batman craving getting to me… heeh
Although, with DLCs on the way, might be sooner than expected!
Got my first platinum ever on this game a few days ago! Loved the game overall, even if those last two extreme combat challenge rooms were royal pains, for me at least.
for everyone who has got platinum, which trophy was the hardest, and how do i go about it?
For me, it was easily getting the 24 medals on the combat challenges (Freeflow Gold). The last two extreme rooms were really tough for me. For Rumble in the Jungle (extreme), the key for me was to string together a combo while jumping from one titan to the next without losing my combo. Get on one titan, knock the other titan to his knee and slap around some henchmen, evade and get onto the other titan, repeat.
For Shock and Awe (extreme), the problem I had wasn’t getting a high enough score, it was finishing the last round before the floor kicked in and ended the game. My only advice for that room is to focus on the early rounds and getting as high a score in those rooms as possible, and try to keep the enemies away from the lockbox of weapons on the second floor. If you get a high enough score early on, you can focus on finishing the last room quickly rather than trying to get a score of 10000+ on that round. That is the best I can offer, although I’m sure there’s better out there. I know there are youtube videos on how to beat the challenge rooms, if that helps.
All the other trophies I found not too hard to obtain. I only needed one playthrough of the story, and only a few tries at all the challenge rooms (except for the two named above, of course).
Hey buddy… congrats getting your first Plat on this game. You ARE dedicated! My first Plat was Resident Evil 5 and it’s fairly easy getting Platinum with a game guide from this site. But, as for Batman, I’m having a hard time doing those Freeflow challenges and even doing those combo movies… so I’m not sure if I’ll try to get Batman’s Platinum. Many great games are coming and also, I still got other games that I really gotta play someday, like Killzone 2 (bought it when it released and haven’t played it yet, lmao).
where is the wardens office?
lol ths my 9th platnum on shock in awe last lvl got exactly 3000 dead was so happy my stargy was 2 after getting 5 kill use the takdown power up and keep the combo at end u get alot of points o u know if u do a perfect combo it gives u 5000 so i got 10000 round1 but u can get 15000 at least i can help any 1 wth ths platnum it took me only 30 hours 2 platnum ths gam and hard was really easy for me lol
