What? This game actually has trophies?? I remember reading this game would get a patch but I read that on April fools so I thought it was a joke. Is the patch out now?

My old saved data has over 60 hours on it, and i can do about 10 million damage and i reached Lv 9999 about 8 times and reincarnated. This is a real let down because im sure i could get about half of these trophies, but i dont want to dedicate another 60 hours grinding on a new data i rather dedicate the 60 hours to my original save and get ALL the trophies. I am disappointed I had high hopes for the trophy system of this game

Disgaea 3 did not disappoint, your save file does not get ruined and you can use it perfectly. there is nothing NEGATIVe about upgrading to version 2.20 or 2.30.
TROPHIES are NOT retroactive BUT if you are lv 9999 like me, you can easily collect most trophies like killing the pirates EASILY in the item world and dishing out BIG DMG or playing the carnage item world

hate to tell you guys, but the old saves work, but the trophies aren’t retroactive :-(, so you can continue with your old file, but may lose some of the trophies in the process.

I heard they may not even come out for UK, but is this game any gd? Trophies would make it a def yes but i not sure. Is it like FFtactics?

Yes i said that it was no retroactive but if you have a godly save file you should be able to get most trophies easily such as killing the strong pirates

If you like convoluted JSRPGs then you will love this game. Although silly as far as story goes, it’s a great game with semi challenging trophies, and hundreds of hours of playability. Great game.

I got the game a week ago, I popped it in and it downloaded the update automatically.
Just got the platinum trophy in this game a few days ago. Finally. 😀
