Looks like fun, this one should be a lot better than the first!
I’m not getting this game for 2 reasons
1.Activision are douchebags and i don’t want to support them
2.Although i’m a big superhero geek i didn’t like the first that much.

Yes, Activision are douchebags but as far as I’m concerned, being a Marvel fanboy outweighs my hatred for Activision. I loved the first M:UA so I’m definitely excited for this one (even though the original developers of M:UA and X-Men: Legends, Raven Software, have moved on). I won’t be able to afford this game for quite some time being that I just picked up Batman: Arkham Asylum and I have Uncharted 2 and Modern Warfare on pre-order but I’ll definitely be picking it up ASAP.
Yea, same here. While I really don’t want to support Activision with the pompous way they have been acting towards PS3, the Marvel fan in me gives me no choice but to buy this game Day 1. I really can’t wait. I loved the first game, and the sequel looks even better. My only disappointment with the game is that it’s using the Civil War story line. IMHO MUA2 should have used the most epic story line in Marvel history……Infinity Gauntlet.

Screw Activision D*bags 2 the fullest i love marvel to death but not worthy for my time. Trophies look simple but as a marvel fan it just pisses me off they bring back same roster with minor tweak super heros like 2-5 new ones. That’s total disrespect for modt of us who plays marvel ultimate alliance. so go ahead an play this cashcow game that loves 2 milk fans with little replay value. i hope y’all enjoy it.

I’m surprised that there aren’t very many comments for this game. Im on my third play through and I’m loving every second of it. NINJISM: One, The game vastly improves with fusions… I still prefer 1 because it had better maps and all, but MUA 2 doesn’t dissapoint. and Two, Disney isn’t gonna screw with marvel like you think…Its purely a money thing… Besides, they owned marvel AFTER the game was done in development.

finally started playing this.. about 4 hours in, playthrough, taking my time trying to enjoy this, only about 8 trophies so far. lol just picked rebel side. looks like a long game. i dont see much strategy in it more of a button mashing game very simmilar to batman arkham asylum maybe just alot longer story

can be done on the sam map playing it over and over or if it has to be 25 individual maps?
As far as trophy difficulty, I am having a little trouble with some of the sim challenges and have been defeated a few times on Legendary, but most of the trophies are pretty easy to get and just take a little bit of time.
I am having a heckuva time trying to knock over 5 people with one thrown item, and killing 20 robots with their own grenades, to get the combat mastery trophy. Any tips would be welcomed. Thanks.

Amen to that brother.Its about time i seen someone make reference to the only epic story arc/line that matters…infinity gauntlet.We have seen vast numbers of characters for mua 1 and 2 so the only thing stopping comic/gaming story related action perfection is the aforementioned Infinity Soul Gems Thanos claimed as his to wage war on the universe all in the name of mistress Death.
This game is awesome.Spiderman is the best.
ahhhh finally plated this.. some sim challanges were a pain in the ass since i waited to do them last and had to play them all on legendary.. but none were harder the heavy metal hadda button mash till the very last second just to get an even 100k thank god its over but def enjoyed the game.. there was so much to do.. all in all every single fusion, deed, doser, vid, audio log, and boost 2 play throughs.. 45 hrs in game 100% complete id like to say i got my moneys worth lol

My signon is YOMEGAS for anyone who wants to team-up online to get the trophies. I also cannot find the dlc on the ps store. I think that it was removed
I got the Platinum in this with 85% of the trophies. They removed the DLC and stated that it was a timed DLC that was to be removed at the end of the year. It turns out that they removed it almost two weeks early. With that said, there is basically no way to get the DLC now and no way to get 100%. You can still get the Platinum though by getting all of the non-DLC trophies.
I rented this game and was thinking of buying it, but the DLC being yanked and the fact that the game froze on me a number of times made me decide against that. 😛
I have thid game, and am playing it. The REALLY hard trophy is Immortal Heroics. I’m still trying to get it. Power of Two will just take a REALLY long time. So, yeah. Gold trophies are hard.
