totally agree with you edge4eva32 RE4 was just one of the best games for ps2 let’s hope the creators don’t screw up but i don’t will happen.
I agree Hurley48 RE4 was totally amazing. Yes the series did get off track off its survival puzzles, but the added feature of laser sights was amazing. I think (from what I’ve read and teasers that I’ve seen) this game will be nearly flawless. I am too excited.

Good point parnakas, BUT I have been a die hard RE player fanatic since the first one released for the original playstation. I am loyal to the franchises such as RE, Zelda, GTA, the old school mario (before all these crappy marios starting to pop up), and devil may cry. I did LOVE the first uncharted a good bit though.
If it’s going to become GOTY it also has to beat Killzone 2, that’s gonna be tough 🙂
Mmmm Killzone 2 “looks” good, but alot of games that look good are generally bad games.

Well Microsoft sucks at everything they do, so that doesnt surprise me. I’ve heard of live accounts being deleted for dumb reasons.

i would have got this even if it didnt hav any trophies cos resdent evil is 1 of my fav series but i dont think it will be GOTY cos u have games like uncharted 2, killzone 2, god of war 3 and so many more games next year
Well uncharted 2 and possibly God of War 3 will definitely compete, but I am telling everyone that Killzone 2 is going to be the biggest flop of the year.
I like playing these games because they sometimes scare me (I’m being honest). I’ve been waiting for this game since November last year when the first trailer was released on Gamespot
killzone 2 is going to be 1 of the best games in 2009. it has the best graphics and the gamplay looks fun and every1 hu had the beta said it was great
killzone 2 will be , like resistance 2 , a great game , but at the end of the day , just regular futuristic fps’s….waiting tor uncharted 2 and god of war 3….(just a regular tomb raider and a devil may cry…..lol) didnt play killzone so ‘is it all that?’….wonder what next year’s surprises will be?…would love R Type HD……..(but it will never happen and i’ll say the same next year…..) can hardly wait for resident evil 5 …. i love some good horror….

i completed every res known to man lol cannot wait 4 this just hope they bring back some old school puzzles and building hunting RES1 the mansion, RES2 the police station will never forget wondering what was behind the next door and going back miles to find a ink ribbon to save it b4 i went through lol RES5 game of year easy played the multi player modes on KillZone 2 and it aint that good well not compared to Call Of Duty 4 and uncharted is good but 4 RES fans this won’t b beat
as far as GOTY is concerned you guys should watch out for God Of War III, or CoD6 if they release it in time!!!. Cant wait for Res5 though its gonna be awesome. Just got a gamecube so i can play all of them!!!!
killzone 2 isnt a typical fps. it has alot of new features never done in a fps. i dont think killzone 2 will be game of the year, but if uncharted 2 does come out, uncharted 2 will probably beat this. PROBABLY. i mean, just because YOU are a die hard fan, doesnt mean its gonna win.

Killzone 2 is just “ANOTHER” FPS, theres so many like cod5, battlefield, far cry. And iv seen trailers for this game and it looks no different or better then any of them. Still getting it though 😛
I wonder what it means by “certain level of trust”. Maybe, depending on how you behave towards the AI, like giving away ammo or saving their life, you get a different rating on a ‘trust-o-meter’, or something. It might be like the karma in Fallout 3.
Maybe you just play through the game with your team to get it. Might not need any work at all.

i played KZ2 and it aint that brilliant tbh just another FPS its not gonna get me away from cod4. but 4 die hard RES fans have been waiting 4 this 4 sooooo long so we can’t wait

i know eh? a bit ridiculous. and its about $30 more than the regular game too. all these collectors editions lately (ie. resistance2, fallout3, prince of persia) seem a bit much…
to be honest , RE5 demo is crap , so the collectors edition doesnt really matter.
well all demo games are crap kingawol. Resistance 2 was totally crap, but that was the only demo so far that the actual game was crap too. every demo i have played has been crap, but the actual games rock. this will definitely not disappoint dedicated RE fans.
