i havent played this in the Playstation 2 but game looks very weird but very addicting. 🙂
I play Me & My Katamari on my gf’s PSP every now and then so i’ll be getting this for sure, very fun and addicting looking game.
Anyone still play Noby Noby Boy?
Exactly.
yey. this i have been waiting for over 2 years now…makes my day…
i LOVED the first two gmes in the series. i love u cousins….
@Thickbrow
created by same crew but 2 very different games.
@Thickbrow
you know the Prince in Noby Noby Boy that is hard to find? He is the star of this game..but this is much stranger but more fun that Noby Noby Boy
Noby Noby Boy, IMO was an awful game. This was great on the PS2 which is why I bought Noby Noby. Now I’ll wait and see what reviews it gets or rent first because of Noby Noby.
@DeadFish
Well, I do not think that Noby Noby Boy was too bad. In fact, I liked it ,but I did not get hooked onto it for too long. However, I think this game is going to be great.
On the plus side, it will include some HOME rewards.
“Destroyer” is glitched. At least, it is on the Japanese version. I threw away my 50th Katamari, I got the “Trophy unlocking, please wait,” dialogue… nothing.
Just a heads up.
This game is great, I wouldn’t even care if its just a rehash of the old ones with updated graphics. Yeah thickbrow, noby noby boy sucked and was a waste of time, most people bought it because katamari was so great, we thought noby would be too. As much as I want this game tho, I played the others way too much, and am gonna wait until the price drops. The trophies look nice, looks like some cool new features and moves are in the mix… yay

I have never played this game on ps2, does any1 know if the trophies appear to be hard or easy?
I’ve always thought the Katamari games look really interesting but never really got round to buying one. Maybe I’ll get this if it gets good reviews.
@christus11
I don’t think they look too terribly hard actually. If the game play is addictive as I remember you’ll be racking them up in no time. Not sure what the mini games are though and collecting stuff may take awhile.
this looks great can’t wait to get this as i still play the psp version
Thanks DeadFish.
100% noby noby boy easy to find the prince go to the moon then there is a level with hundreds of princes!!
@Platinum-Hitman
cheers for that great contribution to the thread about a different game lol
anyway does anyone know a release date for this before the smart*ss’s reply, yes i have used google and other resources but when you work it’s hard to search for info 24/7. any info on a releas date would be great.
@Miiiitch
I checked several sites and no one has a release date. I even found a site begging for any info on a release date. It released in Japan on July 23rd so hopefully it won’t be too far off.
@DeadFish
cheers mate for the info i guess here in australia i’ll get it much later then the rest of you which sucks.
